Story
Are you the miracle Theo needs? Searching for an angel in the form of an experienced Dog Whisperer. Cute as bug in a rug, Theo is a 10-ish lb male, neutered, Terrier-mix, about 9 years old (got him as a rescue - not certain of age). One-on-one he's a dream - a very sweet, goofy, lazy, cuddly guy. But, he can be a barker when a leaf blows or anyone comes to visit. Full disclosure, he's also been known to nip at both adults & kids. Over the years I’ve tried everything I can think of: acupuncture, private & group training, and even medications to “take the edge off”. Nothing’s been overly successful - at least for me. As I can’t keep him, my sister agreed to take him to see if she has the magic touch, but he nips at her fella & the toddlers that visit, so he can’t stay there either. No re-homing fee. Just want to find a calm place with a patient soul where Theo can settle in and be the best version of himself. I will even provide you beds, blankets, and dishes for him if you like.

Dilworth, MN
Size
(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
Details
Good with kids, Not good with dogs, Good with cats, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Ruger came to us around 2018. I believe she was 2. Someone on Facebook needed to re home her and I jumped to take her in. She was loving but anxious! She was attacked by dogs when she was younger so she doesn't trust dogs. I have gotten her to be ok with our cat with only 2 incidents so i believe she would be ok with cats. Ideally I would like her to go to someone older or with older kids with no other dogs. Preferably in a house as she is jumpy in an apartment and would love a yard to roam!
