Story
9 month old birthday is Feb 19th Very adorable awesome dog!!! Had him since he came out of momma! He has tried going to a new family but they were scared of him because he kept barking and supposedly “being aggressive” but I believe he was just showing aggressiveness because he was in a new home, with people who he did not know at all :( he’s such a good dog has never did no harm! He just needs a owner who can understand that’s he’s still a puppy and needs some time to get comfortable it don’t just happen in that day you get him :(

Story
Leonard “Lenny” is a 6 year old West Highland Terrier mix. We rescued him from a shelter April 2024. We are a family of 5 with 2 cats. Lenny came to us pee-pad trained but does not always use them. He loves people and loves to snuggle. He is a bit skittish and does not love car rides. Lenny and the cats do not get along. He now barks at them constantly. The poor cats now stay in my daughter’s room all day until Lenny goes to bed. The cats now sometimes avoid using the litter box and go elsewhere in the house. I have health issues right now and do not have the strength and stamina to train and discipline him. The family is upset that the cats have “lost” their home. I hope to find someone who can give Lenny a good home.

Story
Layla is about a 1 year old lab mix full of energy and love. She still has the typical puppy energy and behaviors, she is crate trained but can still bark a bit when left alone. She can be a pretty rough player with other dogs hasn’t quite learned manners even though we have tried to train her. so if you have another dog in your home they need to be okay with rough play or know how to correct other dogs. She can not be around cats as she chases mine and tries to bite at them I believe trying to play but its to much for the little cats as she could hurt them I’ve tried correcting this but she’s just to playful. Our work schedule have changed and we Are not able to give her the training or exercise she needs she needs a home that can give her attention time and patients with her. She would make a great dog for an active house who has the time to help her get all this puppy energy out she’s a great dog and a great cuddle buddy!

Story
Pickles is a very special boy. My boyfriend and I had him and his twin brother since they were babies unfortunately the relationship has ended and my boyfriend can only keep one and I cannot have a dog where I am going. He is a very sweet boy once he warms up to you. We don’t have children so he is not kid friendly he also has high anxiety so it takes him a while to trust but once he does he is a huge lover. He would be best for quiet home with older people who loves to give attention and lots of belly rubs. He is house trained and extremely smart he knows sit and lay with just hand movements he says please and thank you also. He is not a car happy boy and does get car sick on long rides. He’s ok at the vet but needs meds when it is nail clipping time. He loves to talk and will have full conversations with anyone willing to listen. He is good on a leash and loves walks. He loves to sleep under the covers rolled up behind your legs and keep you warm all night.
