Story
Roxi is a sweet 4 year old Beagle Mix. She loves to go on walks and chase balls. While timid at first, she warms up easily to people if you give her a treat. She has a lot of anxiety which we’ve tried to manage but have failed to do so. She gets extremely scared during rain, storms, etc. We love Roxi but do not have the time she needs to properly manage her anxiousness.

Story
Hello, its with a very heavy heart that we list our baby Oreo due to our relocation and me being 7 months pregnant, we have decided to make the hard decision to relocate our pup. Oreo is super loving and energetic. Im sure whoever gets her will fall in love just as we have. She is used to long periods of time being alone since we all work long hours. She loves just sitting in the house where ever the sun is hitting most and sunbathing. We will miss her soo much and only ask for her new family to love her as much as we do!

Story
Very good boy!! Carter is a 5-6 months old Pointer mix puppy. He has picked up training very quickly (loves food) and is very easy going. He loves to go outside and sniff the world. Unfortunately, Carter is not doing well in an apartment setting and needs more space to get his energy out. He does well with being left alone (in his crate, he is 100% crate trained) and rarely has any accidents now. He follows a pretty manageable schedule that I was able to take care of on my own. Carter is a very confident boy and needs a home where his new owner can enforce rules and remind him that he cannot run the show. He gets a little scared with new people and on walks if people get too close to him, however through training and time he has gotten MUCH better. He is a loud barker and by nature more of a guard dog so not best suited for apartment living. Nonetheless, he is q wonderful boy and only needing to be rehomed due to apartment living not being what is best for him.

Story
Snow (m) - a 3 year old, handsome white German Shepard boy. He is very friendly with people and kids and but reactive with other dogs, likely because has not been neuter. Snow will be neutered before or within 2 weeks after adopted through Sunshine's Friends.  He has been raised and currently lives with young children. He went to Academy Dog Training for two months and obeys commands. Snow would benefit from a large fenced yard and someone to play catch or Frisbee with. He is being surrendered to us because his family can no longer care for him. ##1645888##

Story
Simba is a 10 month old toy poodle. he is very lovable, intelligent, house trained, energetic, pup. Loves cuddles from his humans and interactions with other dogs and children, very affectionate. Sadly, I have to move to an apartment that doesn’t allow dogs. Simba was a birthday gift. I love this dog with my whole heart and pray that I am able to find a family that will love him as much as I do.

Story
I'm looking to find a new home for Benji, a 6-year-old, neutered male coon hound mix, currently located in Howard County, Maryland, weighing about 60 pounds. Benji recently came into my care after the passing of my sister, his previous owner. While I'd love to keep him, I have a cat, and his strong prey drive makes that impossible. About Benji: Benji has a gentle, loving demeanor with people and other dogs. He's friendly and affectionate but, true to his hound instincts, he's not suitable for a home with cats or other small animals. Though I was informed he's protective over food, I haven't seen any signs of this since he's been with me. For safety, he's not recommended for homes with small children. Benji has a lot of energy and would thrive in a home with a large, securely fenced yard where he can run and play. His ideal owner will have the patience to work with him on training and set boundaries.
