Story
Misha was a shelter dog at the MD SPCA. She turns 4 years this November. She is an incredibly sweet and affectionate dog. She loves going for walks and is very food/treat motivated. Otherwise she loves taking long naps and finding weird places to lay around. She has a strong prey drive towards small animals. She is incredibly strong and fast so I would recommend walking tools like easy-walk or gentle leader. She sheds a lot and needs proper and regular grooming to maintain. She is also an escape artist and will try to escape given the opportunity. Loves water and swimming. She is hovering around 62lbs and eats about 3 Cups of kibble/day. Looking for a home that has a yard or other animals for her to socialize with. Needs a fair amount of activity.

Story
Young Pit Bull Terrier who urgently needs a foster or long-term home. My brother, Royalty's loving owner, is currently serving in the U.S. Army and was recently transferred to Germany, where her breed is restricted. He had arranged for a foster family, but due to unforeseen financial issues, they can no longer care for her. Until a new home is found, Royalty is staying with me, but with my long work hours, I'm struggling to give her the attention she needs. My brother’s wish is to bring Royalty home when he returns in February 2026. However, he understands that it may be in her best interest to find a permanent home, given the long wait. Royalty was born on June 23, 2023, and is a well-tempered, loving dog. She is microchipped, certified as a service animal, and great with both people and other dogs. She received her initial vaccinations but still needs to be spayed, she would benefit greatly from consistency and a routine that I, unfortunately, can’t provide.

Story
Rocket is a a 6yr old terrier mix. He's a great dog with lots of energy. He loves being around his people. He loves to go on hikes and walks and car rides! He’s a super sweet boy and will cuddle up with you and be your best companion. We are looking for a home for him that doesn’t have kids under the age of 5. And no other pets. Preferably people who are home more often than not or work from home. He just loves to be around someone.

I’m in a foster home! To adopt me, email my foster parent at terrymark728@gmail.com.Are you looking for someone incredibly tall, dark, and handsome-- someone that will be totally devoted? How about with a great sense of humor? Look no further- Ollie is your man! He is a loving, silly, 6-year-old Great Dane who just wants to spend time with you. His favorite things include: long slow walks with lots of sniffing, any kind of vegetable in his food, cuddling really close in bed, and romping around the yard. He would prefer not to be alone for too long but does well with an established routine. He would thrive with another dog around to show him the ropes but would do best in a home without cats. Ollie is a very good boy waiting for you!

Story
I`m in a Foster Home! To meet me, email my foster parent at johnmacdowie@yahoo.comMeo! What a gorgeous gal we have here. She is a frisky, busy miss seeking an adventurous family to join and have a blast with. Meo adores hanging with people and she really LOVES getting exercise. If you need a dog to get you motivated and out of the house, well Meo is up for that job. FYI, Meo will do best as the only dog in your home, but she`s more than up to being the sole source of your affection, She also loves getting great meals (and she needs some as she arrived as a skinny stray) and oodles of love. Ready for a great new friend to go on long walks with? Meo is SUPER ready for you.Check out Meo`s video! https://www.youtube.com/shorts/nyE8WSXxNGU

Story
I`m in a Foster Home! To meet me, email my foster parent at Mollace4@gmail.com.Three legged Mia is a happy-go-lucky girl! Despite the challenges life has thrown at her she has remained a sweet and trusting dog. She spends her days in our home getting love from all five roommates and is friendly with each one of us! She is very chill and well-behaved in the house, keeping herself busy with her toys or sleeping on the couch! She loves her people and loves to snuggle. She is fully potty trained and working on crate training! She sleeps through the night no issue. Despite her three legs, she is always up for a walk! She loves being outside and walks well on leash, not reacting to the dogs or people she passes. She is such an adorable, silly dog, and would make the best companion!
