Story
Alf is 9 years old, neutered, and about 75 lbs...I adopted Alf 2.5 years ago, but a recent change in my job requires frequent travel for extended periods of time, so I need to find him a more suitable home...Alf is a social dog who is also gentle with kids and would be a great family dog...He is playful and adventurous, always ready to jump in the car for an outing. However, he is just as happy curled up chilling next to his favorite humans. He also loves tennis balls and all sorts of chew toys...Alf had some separation anxiety when I first adopted him. That subsided as he became certain that he was in a safe, trusting home. He currently takes some medication to help manage that. Other than that, Alf has a clean bill of health and is up to date on all his shots...Alf's ideal home would be one where he is the only dog in the house (king of the castle!), and I suggest no cats either. Someone who works from home would be great, but it isn't necessary since I do not work from home.

Story
We have had Nova since she was 3 months old. She is now 5 and will be 6 in march. Shes always been a sweetheart to people. Has never bit even as a puppy. She is very high energy and needs a lot of exercise and love and sadly we have not been able to give that to her. She sadly does not do well with any other animals and needs to be the only animal in the house. Our new home will not allow higher fences and we have many other dogs around us and cats and this has not been a good environment for her. She would do great in a big yard with a high fence and being able to be walked regularly. Would love to find her a great new home and owner to give her all the love she will give back.

Story
Firstly this is isn’t a choice taken lightly. It’s important he is loved and cuddled. He’s quiet and crated trained. He’s shown aggression to other dogs but never been put in a situation that it was more than him showboating. Never wanted to risk it! So here he and I are looking for someone who wants warms cuddles and has a budget for unlimited pup cups (Romeo asked that I include that). Come meet this lovely gentleman. Very very people and kids friendly.

German Shepherd Dog St. Bernard

Abingdon, MD
Size
(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
Details

Story
Louie is a sweet and energetic German Shepard/Saint Bernard mix. He loves affection and to go for runs. He will need a family that has a large fenced in yard or farm. His family will need to be active and like to take him on a lot of walks. He needs physical and mental stimulation as he has a lot of energy. He loves kids but would be better with a family that has older kids due to him being a wiggle butt and not realizing his size. He is going to be 4 years old and is about 70lbs. He is neutered and does have to take medication every day to help strengthen his bladder as the neuter caused him to dribble pee when he gets excited so the medication has helped out a lot and it runs roughly about $40/month. Other than that he is in good health. He is dog reactive and pulls on the leash when walked so he does best when walking him with a prong collar to redirect. He can be shy at first but warms up very fast and has a lot of love to give. The rehoming fee is negotiable for the right family.
