Story
Meet Raina! Raina is such a lovely gal, she loves to be outside, going for lots of walks and sniffs! She`s a big fan of using her big hound nose! Raina also has the most funny, clumsy zoomies and loves to play! She`s never met a stranger, and is such a friendly gal. Raina knows sit, down and paw and also walks well on leash (sometimes she pulls if he nose senses a really good smell.) Raina has lived with dogs and kiddos but has decided that cats are not for her. We`d like Raina to meet any canine siblings and human siblings especially younger kiddos due to her size! Our staff will discuss slow, proper introductions with new canine friends in home to best set everyone up for success! If you think this big gal would be a good fit, please come in and meet her!

Story
Meet Timber – The Distinguished Gentleman with a Wild Side!Timber is a handsome, intelligent Husky with the soul of a poet and the heart of an adventurer. This polite man is looking for his forever home – one that understands the unique magic of the Husky spirit. He’s the kind of guy who will sit nicely for a treat, offer you his paw, and then serenade you with his best yodel just to remind you he’s still got that wild charm.Timber takes his time getting to know new canine companions. With slow, thoughtful introductions and playmates who match his play style, he may just open his circle to a few special doggy friends. As for cats, Timber hasn’t lived with any before, but he’s shown little interest in the shelter kitties so far. With very slow intros (and some savvy feline co-stars), peaceful coexistence could be possible!True to his breed, Timber thrives on adventure, freedom, and mental stimulation. He’ll need a home that celebrates his curious mind, his need for movement, and his sometimes cheeky Husky nature. If you’re ready for a loyal, clever companion with a fluffy tail and a heart full of wanderlust, Timber just might be your guy.Let Timber bring a little wildness into your world – please bring the whole family to meet him!

Story
Let us tell you about our sweet Kali girl! She can be a little nervous around new people, places, and things, but with slow introductions and a patient approach, Kali blossoms and her true personality shines through! She`s a silly, playful gal who absolutely loves romping in the snow, happily entertains herself with toys, and wants to spend as much time as possible exploring the great outdoors with her nose to the ground.Kali is house-trained and crate-trained, always handling her business outside like a proper lady. She needs a home with at least one other confident dog who can show her the ropes and help her feel more secure. A quieter home, perhaps without children, might be the best fit, as she can get nervous with sudden movements and may react if her stress signals are missed. This smart girl thrives on routine and predictability and would do wonderfully in a calm, quiet home without a lot of foot traffic. Once she settles in, Kali is incredibly sweet and a total goofball! She`s already learned commands like `sit,` `down,` and `come,` showing just how intelligent she is.Providing Kali with plenty of space and time to adjust is key to her happiness. Having her own crate that she can always access allows her to feel safe and secure. When given this understanding, she will quickly reveal her true sweet and charming personality. We would love for you and your entire family, including any potential dog siblings, to meet Kali and see if she`s the perfect fit for your loving home!

Story
Meet Thin Mint! Thin Mint came to us as a wandering adventurer, but she’s now ready to find a forever home where she can settle in and be loved! This girl adores her stuffy toys—carrying them, tossing them, and even tucking them in for naps. If you’re missing a plushie, check her bed first! She’s a lively, talkative pup who loves to be in on the action. If you’re looking for a dog with personality and energy to match, Thin Mint is your girl! She has made dog friends at the shelter and may enjoy a dog sibling with slow, proper introductions. She is too intense for cats however and will need a cat free home. Because of her enthusiasm and excitement for life, we think she’d do best with kids 10 and up.Interested? We ask that the whole family—including any potential dog siblings—come in to meet Thin Mint before adoption.

Story
Meet Kaiser!!Kaiser is a fun-loving pup with a big personality! He’s playful, energetic, and always ready for an adventure. He’s also quite the conversationalist and loves to express himself—whether it`s excitement or just telling you about his day!New people? Kaiser likes to take his time getting to know them. He may be a little unsure at first, but with patience (and some yummy treats!), he`ll warm up and show his affectionate side.Kaiser would do best as the only dog in the home—he enjoys having all the love and attention to himself! That said, he might be able to share his space with a dog-savvy cat who understands his boundaries. He could do well with kids 15+, who are respectful and are use to jumpy, sometimes nervous pups and can give him the space he needs to feel safe. Before making things official, Kaiser would love to meet the whole family to ensure it’s a perfect fit. Think you could be the one for him? Come say hello!

Story
Meet Allie – A Sweet Soul with So Much Love to GiveAllie is a young pup with a heart full of affection, a tail that never stops wagging, and the most endearing zoomies you`ve ever seen. She’s goofy, cuddly, and always ready to brighten your day.Her journey hasn’t been the easiest. Allie didn’t get the strong foundation every puppy needs, and that left her a bit unsure of how to navigate the world. But thanks to the care of her loving foster home, she’s making incredible progress. “When I say we’ve made giant strides, I don’t put it lightly—it really speaks to her potential,” her foster mom shares.Allie is a handful for sure - she has big feelings and lots of energy - but underneath it all is a sweet, eager-to-please pup just waiting to thrive in the right home. “Now I won`t lie... she is ALOT. She needs structure, routine, and there are still a lot of things we are trying to get a handle on, like her triggers for certain behaviors,” her foster mom offers. “But once you crack the shell, she is a happy, sweet girl with sooo much potential.”She may need some extra support, including ongoing training or medication, but Allie’s already shown how much she can accomplish with structure, patience, and love. She’s working on crate training, learning to settle, and continuing to grow more confident each day. This beautiful girl is looking for a family who sees her potential, celebrates her progress, and is ready to offer the structure and support she needs to shine. In return, you’ll get endless love, laughter, and loyalty. Our team thinks Allie will do best in a home with a confident dog friend, possibly a dog-savvy cat, and kids aged 12 and up. She loves the company of other dogs and even respects the resident cat in her foster home - “Allie’s actually trying her best to make friends with her.” She also handled a busy Easter full of visitors like a champ! “If you think you could be the right fit, fill out an adoption survey,” her foster encourages. “And if you can’t offer the home she needs right now, sharing her post to help find her people would be a wonderful help.”
