Story
Meet Hudson who is a 5 year old Sharpei mix. He is extremley sensitive and soft hearted but he loves to snuggle and takes as many hugs and kisses as he can. He has a sensitivity to fleas and battles skin issues.  But as long as he is kept on flea prevention and grain-free food, his skin is good.  He is not a fan of cats, so should not be in a home with any. Hudson LOVES to eat and can be a hoarder when it comes to food. He needs work on leash walking and would be better with one on one attention. Hudosn loves soaking up the sun and car rides, but he drools profusely during the ride.  He is a great dog he just isn't great with other male dogs. But he is super smart, eager-to-please, and very protective and will make someone a wonderful pet. He's a Charming little man. He loves to snuggle and is just the cutest little thing.Hudson is fully vetted and has gone through heartworm treatment.November 4, 2024, 11:32 am

Story
Misty is large and in charge. At approximately 2.5 -3yrs of age she is about 74lbs, spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, housetrained and on Proheart injection for HW prevention. She is a special lady that will require a steady hand and structure. She needs an experienced owner who won't mind continuing her training to help her overcome the effects of the lack of socialization in her previous environment and her naturally introverted personality to keep her focused and feeling secure. She will need a quiet place where there aren't a lot of visitors coming in and out, no young children and she will need to be the only pet. She does love car rides and we are working on going places, staring with quiet parks without patrons but will be working up to more heavily trafficked places. She is insecure but very intelligent, willing to please and very protective. She is strong but not overly stubborn and intimidating physically but very loving once she trusts you. She is very selective with whom she trusts so she will need that special bond with someone but I am confident there is someone out there who will have that with her and they will have the most loving, loyal companion out there.November 4, 2024, 11:32 am

Meet Kloe! This 3-year-old, 43 lb sweetheart may be timid at first, but once she trusts you, she’ll become your loyal shadow. Kloe loves back rubs and has the cutest little stretch that will melt your heart. She’s fully house and crate trained, not a barker, and enjoys running and playing with her foster siblings. At night, she’s the perfect snuggle buddy, sleeping peacefully with her foster mom. Kloe also loves trips to dog-friendly stores, making her a great shopping companion! Could Kloe be the loving companion you’ve been looking for?November 4, 2024, 11:32 am

Story
Meet Rose! This beautiful 30 lb terrier mix has been with us for a while, and it’s finally time for her to find her forever home! Rose has a fun, alpha personality—she loves to play, takes the lead, and is a natural at both on-leash and off-leash play with other dogs. She’s good with a fence and knows how to hold her own during interactions with other pups. The only thing to keep in mind is that she prefers to enjoy her food in peace, as she can be food-aggressive. But don’t worry! It’s easily managed by giving her space during mealtime. Rose is also great with kids, though she can be a little mouthy when playing, but a quick redirection with a toy or bone keeps her happy and entertained.Rose is incredibly smart and already knows basic commands like sit and stay. She’s eager to please and is non-destructive—she’ll respect your leather furniture, books on the floor, and soft toys without a second thought! She loves having her own bed and cozy blanket, and there’s no need to kennel her.Although Rose was initially thought to do best as an only dog, we’ve learned she can thrive with other dogs in the home. Her ideal family would be one with children who are gentle and affectionate. She starts off full of excitement but will quickly chill out as long as she can be near her favorite people. If you’re looking for a smart, playful, and affectionate dog who’s ready to bring joy into your life, Rose is your girl! Don’t miss out on the chance to give this sweet, loyal pup the forever home she deserves.November 4, 2024, 11:32 am
