Story
Mage is a small but mighty American Bully girl who is incredibly affectionate. The only thing she loves more than snuggling and giving kisses is playing ball! And while it’s no surprise that Mage is one gorgeous girl, she does have a few asks of her future adoptive home. Mage needs a home with no other animals, a securely fenced in yard, and an adopter who will treat her like their baby! One of her foster parents works from home and Mage really enjoys the company. Mage is estimated to be about 3 years old and weighed 56 pounds at her last vet appointment. She is crate trained, walks on a leash well for adults (too strong for children handlers), and has been great with the 8 and 1 year old kids in her foster home. If you’re interested in adopting Mage, please submit an application through our website at www.Lexpitcrew.org/adopt Her adoption fee is fully sponsored ($0)!

Story
Prime is a 7-years-young Staffordshire Terrier mix that is looking for his forever couch to spend Monday evenings on! This sweet boy has survived a euthanasia date, kennel cough that led to him being hospitalized, heartworms, and is thriving despite having elbow dysplasia to top it all off! Prime is now awaiting his forever people to see just how special he is. Prime is happy, active, playful, and will make you laugh endlessly with his dramatic antics. But at the end of the day, all he wants is to be right by your side, soaking in as much love as he can get. Prime is great with people, kids, and dogs, but has not been tested with cats at this time. He loves tennis balls (which are unfortunately now forbidden toys, as he takes great joy in destroying them), playing fetch, running zoomies in the yard, and playing with his doggy foster brother. He would likely do great in a family with another doggy playmate! If you think Prime would be the perfect fit in your forever home, you can apply to adopt at www.lexpitcrew.org/adopt, or through the link in our bio! His adoption fee is COMPLETELY SPONSORED, so there is no cost to adopt for his future family! Can’t adopt, but want to support sweet Prime? Consider donating an item off his Amazon wish list! These items will not only help him in his foster home, but will also follow him to his forever home to ensure his transition is as smooth as possible. You can find his wish list here: https://www.amazon.com/registries/gl/guest-view/6MEJPD8N1LL4

Story
Dare is the definition of calm, cool, and collected, and wants nothing more than to lounge around with you. The real key to success to get Dare to open up? Playing with other dogs! This sweet boy LOVES playing with the other dogs in his foster home, and will run the yard with them whenever he gets the chance. But that doesn’t change his desire to snuggle up next to you at the end of the day. In addition to Dare’s love of other dogs, he also does well with children, adults, and cats! We do believe he would likely benefit from having an outgoing, confident dog in the home to help him feel comfortable and learn the ropes from. He does well in his crate after settling down, but does best in a sturdy, steel crate over the typical wire ones. Think that Dare could be the perfect dog to complete your forever family? You can apply to adopt at www.lexpitcrew.org/adopt His adoption fee is $200!

Kane

American Staffordshire Terrier American Pit Bull Terrier

Size
(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
Details
Good with kids, Good with dogs, Not good with cats, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Kane is such a laid back gentle giant. All he wants to do is chill, sleep, and repeat. He’s become such a relaxed guy who just likes hanging out. When he first came to rescue in February 2023, he was a bit of a wild child. But since decompressing from shelter life, he has shown that all he wants is to be loved by his people, and to catch some sunshine here and there. Honestly, who can blame him? Kane is fully vetted, meaning he’s already up to date on vaccines, neutered, microchipped, and kept on monthly prevention. He is crate and house trained (although he does require a steel crate). And loves absolutely everyone he meets. He would do best in a home with kids over 12, as he is a big, strong boy who doesn’t quite understand how big he is. He’s great with other dogs who are more on the chill side, but does need a home without cats. This boy is a lounger, so a fenced in yard is preferred, but is not a deal breaker. He just likes to lay outside in the sun on the patio. Since being in his foster home, Kane has come SUCH a long way with his training! He now knows sit, paw, watch me, stay, come, and has greatly improved his leash manners. And if this list of commands aren’t enough, he’s INCREDIBLY treat motivated, so teaching him more is a breeze! Interested in making Kane part of your forever family? You can apply to adopt at www.lexpitcrew.org/adopt His adoption fee is now completely sponsored ($0 to adopter) thanks to a generous donor!
