My name is Iris Jean and i love to run. My family doesnt have enough room for me in their yard and I need a job to do. I can be stubborn but i am kind of a scaredy cat. I am very vocal and love to have conversations. cuddling it my favorite and id love it more if you held my paw. I love kids and being outside. Please give me a chance!! She is very timid and shy as she was when I adopted her. She really needs a home fast. My neighbors have been complaining about her because she barks some when there dogs bark. I have tried multiple times to rehome her to different people but have no luck. She can be a great dog for someone who has a job for her to do. I think that is what she is missing in her life. She can sit, lay, shake with both paws and is kennel trained. She loves to run and play. Great with other dogs as well.

Hi! My name is Laverne and I am happy to tell you about myself! About a month ago, this nice man picked me up….you see, I had been abandoned. I was starving, cold, wet and needed someone to help us. So, this nice man provided food, water, shelter, gave me a bath and not to mention, his love! He did all this, without asking for anything in return. What a great guy! Naturally, I love this guy and his beautiful family. More about me! I love all people (even the ones that abandoned me), I am very gentle, I have a lot of energy, so I adore running as fast as I can, and playing with other dogs. I am not so good with numbers but if I had to guess my age, I’d say I am about 12 to 18 months old, maybe 2 years…..again, that’s just a guess. I am very smart and would really like to go to work! Do you have a job for me? My favorite job is loving on my human or humans. I promise, I will melt your heart!

Athena proves how different dogs can act pending environmental or health changes. Athena loves to use her nose, she LOVES her people / family. She's made it clear shes not a "city" dog. She does far better in less traffic / less chaotic situations. She can also climb a tree or two. Athena has done great with me, my dad and my two sons. She has been fine with all of our barn cats. After an adjustment, she's done fine with dogs through neighboring fence lines as well. She has played well with two other dogs at separate times. Athena loves her treat puzzles and snuffle bowls. She loves having a routine and boundaries. She gets SO excited to see me and does the boot scoot zoomie across the yard. Athena loves me so much that if I leave the yard with her in it, she climbs out. I would love to find her an understanding home without big dog park, visitor, leash walk expectations. Cisco is a 1 year old now, who was unfortunately on the euthanasia list at only 6 months old, so one of our fosters and volunteers stepped up to rescue this sweet boy. He does great with all size of dogs, he just gets very excited to be around friends! He has done great with little puppies as well however, he is looking for a cat free home. He is friendly with adults and kids, just a large dog at around 90 pounds. Cisco has been fostered by a trainer who has worked on all the obedience basics too! She says he is PERFECT and deserves the best home! He has done great with her dogs and outdoor cat from afar. He is doing great off leash too! Cisco is potty and kennel trained and absolutely loves people!
