Story
Frosty Dragon is a 2 year old, 9 lbs male. Meet the Dragon Family. All these sweet faces are from the same home. They have lived a sheltered life and only knew the people in their home. They don’t know there is a BIG world out there with lots of nice people, green grass, and other dogs. We are just getting to know each of their individual personalities. We would like to see them placed with another dog in the new home. Their comfort zone is canines. If you have patience and love to share with one of these pups, please email us at LLDogRescue@yahoo.com to find out more about age and weight. Located in Overland Park Kansas. (KC Metro area) Thank you to those who adopt, donate and share so we are able to save a big family like this.

Baxter won’t be winning any races, but he is sure to win your heart. Baxter came to us unable to walk. He has worked hard and with the help of cold laser therapy and the staff at Tomahawk Animal Hospital, Baxter can now stand and take steps. Baxter would LOVE a home with another dog to play with. He loves playing. We are looking for a special home that will embrace Baxter’s uniqueness. He is 8-10 years old and 17 lbs., a little shaggy mix. If you think you might be the home for our special boy, please email us at LLDogRescue@yahoo.com Thank you to those who adopt, donate and share so we can save little men like Baxter.

Story
Max is an adorable and sweet 8-year-old Maltese. He weighs 9 lbs. Max is a happy boy and loves everyone and is friendly to both people and dogs. Max is an excellent walker and gets very excited whenever he sees his harness and leash. Max is marked “special needs” because he is prone to drinking and urinating frequently (a nervous habit) and his water intake will have to be monitored. He is crated during the night and holds his pee during that time. He will have to be let outside often and watched to ensure he pees outside and does not mark inside. For more information on adopting, email us at LLDogRescue@yahoo.com Thank you to those who share and donate, so LL Dog Rescue can save more dogs.

Story
Hey Pack, it is me, Pepper. I am a 2-year-old Chihuahua girl who loves to clown around. I just love people and want to make them laugh. 8-22-24 UPDATE: Little Pepper has been limping. After a visit to Tomahawk Animal Hospital we discovered from xrays that she will need an FHO surgery. So at this time she is on a medical hold. Thank you to everyone who has applied for her and we will keep you posted. An FHO, or femoral head ostectomy, is a surgical procedure that aims to restore pain-free mobility to a diseased or damaged hip by removing the head and neck of the femur (the long leg bone or thighbone). If you would like more information on adopting me, email us at LLDogRescue@yahoo.com Located in Overland Park KS (KC Metro) Thank you to those who adopt, donate and share.

Story
ADOPTION PENDING Have you shared your home with a blind dog? Do you have extra love for a special pup? Meet Toast. He is looking for a home that can look past his lack of sight. A one-story home is great, but a blind dog can live happily in a home with stairs with a few barriers in place. Toast really does not know a world with full sight, so he thinks everything is normal. Born 11-26-23, this Chinese Crested mix is ready to find his new home. He will weigh about 20 lbs. If you would like more information, Email us at LLDogRescue@yahoo.com. Located in Overland Park KS (KC Metro) Thank you to those who adopt, donate and share.
