She thrives as the center of attention and would do best as the only dog in the household. Despite having her tail docked due to "happy tail," her joy and affection are boundless. She’s a sweetheart who’s eager to fill your home with love and fun! She has been around a 7 month old baby and wants to just love on her. She was supervised while around the baby.

When I arrived I was heartworm positive, but Alex's House treated me and now I'm heartworm free.These are photos of me celebrating various holidays in January at Alex's House. We got Toby from a friend in March 2014. He was just a few months old at that time. He's a purebred reindeer chihauhua. We do not have the papers on him. He's housetrained. He enjoys lounging around all day. He really loves cozy blankets. He enjoys walks on warmer days, but otherwise just wants to be inside relaxing. He enjoys treats, and getting lots of love. Toby struggles with a bit of crate anxiety. He will go into the crate just fine at night, but once he hears us stirring about in the mornings, he cries and wants out right away. He's good at going potty as soon as we let him out in the mornings. Toby would be a great fit for anyone looking for a low-maintenance, older dog. He doesn't require walks, he just enjoys them if that's an option. He'll spend all day napping. That's really about the extent of it. We've taken a change to our work schedules and can no longer accomodate a pet. We will happily include his crate, leash, etc.

Peanut is 2 years old. I am re homing her because I am moving and unable to take her. She is a high energy dog who needs someone with lots of time. She is very sweet but very stubborn. She gets along with some dogs but not all. Seems very nervous and aggressive towards new dogs but once slowly introduced becomes more friendly. She is a little territorial but with some correction could be fixed. Very friendly with people. I believe that she has a grain allergy so we are feeding her grain free food. She is very silly and playful.

Gunner is a very good boy who loves to play and be active. He especially loves to play outside and go for runs or walks. Quite the athlete, Gunner can scale fences easily, so a tall fence keeps him safe. He gets along famously with other dogs, but not with our kitty friends. Gunner is house trained, kennel trained, uses a dog door, listens very well, and likes to talk. He is friendly and does well with everyone he meets, including children of all ages.
