Gunner is a very good boy who loves to play and be active. He especially loves to play outside and go for runs or walks. He gets along famously with other dogs, but not with our kitty friends. Gunner is house trained, kennel trained, uses a dog door, listens very well, and likes to talk. He is friendly and does well with everyone he meets, including children of all ages. Story
Hi there, I'm Zac, and boy have I come a long way to find my furever person! I was found as a stray in Texas and flown to Newton Kansas, where I was taken into care by WAAL. I hope we meet so you can see all my cuteness in person! I have an adorable little snaggletooth smile. I also like to cross my legs when I lay on my stomach. When I get excited, I prance around. Speaking of prancing, I'm an active boy who loves to play and be on the move. I didn't get enough to eat while I was living on the streets, but I'm working to gain some weight. I sure love mealtime! I'm working on potty-training and walking on a leash, but I am crate-trained. I get along well with other doggies and would do best with a doggie companion in my furever home. I'm a little shy at first, but once I warm up I'll be your best friend. To meet me, go to WAALrescue.org/adopt and fill out an application.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Willow is a young, gentle soul who is still learning about the world. At just under a year old, she's shy around new people and even her foster family at times, but with love and patience she'll warm up and show her true sweet nature. Willow is working on her potty-training and gets along with small dogs (30 pounds and under). She would do best in a calm home with another pup who can help her build confidence. We are confident that with the right family, Willow will blossom into a loving companion. To meet Willow, go to WAALrescue.org/adopt and fill out an application.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Hello there, I'm Galleta! I'm a lively, fun-loving gal with a zest for life. My days are filled with playful antics and tail-wagging adventures. I'm quite the chatterbox, always eager to share my thoughts with those around me. I came from a home that predominantly speaks Spanish, so I'm bilingual! And let me tell you, when you baby talk to me in Spanish, I just melt in your lap. I love being part of a family and fit right in with all the hustle and bustle. I'm energetic, always ready for a game of fetch or a brisk walk. I'm also a great listener, always lending a sympathetic ear. I do have an autoimmune disorder called Pemphigus, that was diagnosed at K-State. This can cause blisters where my mucous membranes meet the skin, so my new family will need to help me manage flare-ups throughout my life. But don't worry, I'm mostly potty-trained, crate-trained, and good with kids, making me the perfect family companion. Why should you adopt me? Because I promise to fill your life with laughter, love, and endless wagging tails! To meet me, fill out an application at waalrescue.org/adopt.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Hi there, I'm Moe, possibly the brother of Larry and Curly of the Three Stooges. I am an active, playful, and lovable 3-year-old. My favorite thing to do is show how much I love you by sitting on you and giving lots of kisses! I also love running around my foster dad's backyard and playing with my doggy foster brother. Sometimes I get really excited and jump to give you hugs and kisses, but I'm working really hard on my manners and learning really quickly. I also sleep all night long in my kennel without making a peep and I know that outdoors is where I go to the bathroom. I would really love to be your best friend in my forever home! To meet me, go to WAALrescue.org/adopt and fill out an application.
