Story
Monkey is an amazing dog full of personality This dogs dream family would have a little boy to call his own that he can play with and protect. He is an amazing protector and adores children. Fetch is one of his favorite games and he loves to just hang out in the back yard with the kiddos. Monkey can live with other dogs but would not mind being an only dog either. He's been great with nonreactive cats but sometimes likes to chase scardy cats. Monkey can coexist perfectly fine with CHICKENS even! Monkey has great house manners and rings bells hanging on the door for potty breaks. He is crate trained He loves couch and bed snuggles. He has been through basic training class. He can be a bit apprehensive of some men, especially when in public but some men he loves and has no issues at all with. women and kids he's loved every one he's met. Monkey has been with us for a year with no serious interest and that is breaking my heart, he is such a great dog he deserve to finally have a family of his own! Story
Mya was a rescue dog and we've had her close to 5 years. Loves people, loves attention, loves cuddling and loves to lick. Loves dogs and cats but doesn't know how to approach them and would need to be socialized. Loves to run and fast - when outside would need to keep in a fenced yard or on a leash or cable. Crate, automatic waterer, food bowl, leashes, harness, food, treats, etc. goes with Mya. She's happy eating Purina Dog Chow, no special or expensive foods. No rehoming fee, just want to find a good home. Crate trained for sleeping or when owners are away. Loves kids but she's a 50# dog and can knock little ones over with enthusiasm. She needs folks who will give her attention. Up to date on shots. Very short hair, pretty brindle color. Likes to walk on leash but will pull some at first. Need to rehome due to wife's dementia.

Not good with dogs, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained,
Story
Maisie was found alone in the street with no tags and no microchip, so her family couldn't be contacted. She was brought into our home, cleaned up, treated for her fleas, and welcomed into a new family until her forever family could be found. When she came home, she was incredibly friendly. She's a huge cuddle bug, and a definite velcro dog - she wants to be around someone all the time. She's quiet, polite, and so sweet. She's also potty trained, responds to correction really well, knows how to sit, and is learning leave it. She is a little reactive to new dogs. She would growl and snip at our other 3, so we had either her or them crated at all times, with short periods of exposure throughout the day to help her adjust. After a week, she was able to be out in the house with the other dogs without any sort of aggression or insecurity. A home with either no dogs, or minimal dogs with an experienced owner would probably be best for her. The vet thinks she's about 2 years old.
