Story
Blake is the best companion any adult can ask for. He is 8 years old and he was born around Dec 2016. He is potty trained and crate trained. He knows how to sit, lay down, shake, high five, speak, and spin. He is loving, attentive, playful when you need him to be, cuddly always. Unfortunately because of prior incidents he is not fit for homes with other dogs, cats, or children. Teenagers would be fine but small children are a no no. If you are an experienced trainer and would like to work with him that would be amazing! He had a bad experience with another dog that caused his thoughts on other dogs to flip altogether. Blake isnt a dog who likes the craziness that comes with loud smaller children either. He prefers a quiet home where he can lay around and get unlimited belly rubs and naps. Please message me for any questions. He deserves a loving home instead of bouncing around houses.

Mascoutah, IL
Size
(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
Details
Not good with kids, Good with dogs, Good with cats, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Piper is a very attentive anxious dog. She loves to cuddle and can never be too close. You will always know if someone or something is around as they enter her space. She is a great dog for an experienced couple with no kids or a farm dog she does stay close but will wonder a little bit away and do her own thing. She is not destructive unless it is a stuffed toy and then it must be de fluffed to completion. We are rehoming her after having her for 6 years because she started showing aggression (growling snarled)to our children when startled and we just do not feel comfortable with her around our children anymore. We have her on anxiety meds and those seem to have helped but unfortunately that is not a permanent fix and we would love to see her go to a place where she can have space to roam and swim. She has been around other dogs and cats and has had little tiffs but nothing major but I feel like she is more relaxed w/o any other animals.

Story
We adopted Lilly from a shelter in Henderson, KY. They did not have any room for her and she was not eating at the time due to stress. Her previous owners dropped her off after 7years. Theu said if the shelter didn't take her in, she would be put down. When we showed up, she ate for us ans was the sweetest dog. However, when we got home she did not get along w. Our other dogs. We have been trying for 2 years but it's not working. So we currently have to keep them separated, which is not fair to Lilly. She needs to find a home where she can be happy and roam around . She is amazing and so sweet around people. Just not with other dogs. Her previous owners did not own other dogs but she was raised around a few cats. She is very loyal, house trained and loving. She would be perfect for an experienced owner, someone with room for her to walk around. She is micro chipped. Does need her rabies shot for this year.
