Story
It is with a heavy heart we are looking to immediately rehome our almost 4yo male German Shepherd “Ruger” (DOB 5/15/2019) to a more suitable environment without the temptation of homestead livestock. Ruger is a healthy, active, good-natured, gentle-with-people <4-year-old purebred GSD who has been a wonderful family dog to our 5 young children even from infancy and gets along with other dogs. He even tolerates our outdoor farm cats, although I would take care before trusting him with unfamiliar cats. He is generally well behaved. He has been an exclusively outdoor dog and knows several commands, including sit, down, shake. In the right home he would be a joy to his family. Unfortunately our environment is not the right one for his high prey drive and he has a history of killing small livestock. A recent incident with a goat has made his time with us necessarily ended. He needs a home with lots of outdoor space but WITHOUT the temptation of chickens or goats.

Story
ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED Mojo came into rescue with his sister, Luna. Together they are the perfect combination of sweet & spice, and everything nice! These squishy love bugs are bonded to each other and will need a home together. Luna's profile: https://www.adoptapet.com/pet/43118103 Mojo is an absolute mush who is the very definition of “a lover, not a fighter” He is a laid back, lazy couch potato who loves his food & napping in the sun. He gets along well with dogs, people, kids, and even cats. When he first came to us he suffered from horrible entropion that had gone untreated his entire life. BRI got him the entropion surgery he so desperately needed; however, the damage had already been done. Although he does have some eyesight limitations, he is not completely blind and does just fine navigating his surroundings. If you would like to provide these two sweethearts with the home they deserve, please visit https://www.bullmastiffrescuers.net and fill out an application.

ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED Luna came into rescue with her brother, Mojo. Together they are the perfect combination of sweet & spice, and everything nice! These squishy love bugs are bonded to each other, so they will need a home together. Mojo: https://www.adoptapet.com/pet/43117953 Luna is an absolute doll who loves people! She has a silly, sassy personality and loves spending time with her humans & cuddling. She gets along well with well-behaved, laid-back dogs, but no cats please! She must be fed separately from all other dogs, as she does not like sharing her food. Luna came to us with horrible entropion that needed corrective surgery. While she does have corneal scarring, she sees very well. She has had surgery to remove low grade mast cell tumors that her vet said results in a high survival rate & her prognosis is very good. Looking for a new best friend?? Look no further!!Richie is still available for adoption!! 💙Richie is a 10 month old male bull terrier mix, he is full grown and only about 40 pounds.Richie has spent almost his entire life in shelters. We took him in from another shelter who was going to euthanize him because no one was interested in adopting him. He has also beaten parvo as a young pup at his previous shelter. Richie is resilient and keeps his heart open. He loves people of all ages. He struggles at times with other animals because of how long he’s spent in shelters but he is making great progress. Richie is looking for some big hearted person who will give him all the love and snuggles he needs. Richie loves to tug and has the best zoomies. 🐾
