Story

This is Nala!❤️ She is a pitbull/terrier mix about two years old. We have taken great care of her since we rescued her from the pound in California. She is fully vaccinated and fixed, has a tracking chip, is potty trained and kennel trained, and does not bark. If you are her lucky new owner, we will provide you with a kennel, collar, harness, leash, food, treats, food bowls, dog wipes, and all other supplies/toys we have acquired since having her. We love her so much, but our lifestyle no longer allows the time we once had for her. We are giving her away for free because our main concern is that she goes to a good home that will love her and take good care of her. Her temperament is very sweet and loving! She has never bitten anyone or become aggressive, even with other dogs. Since she is still quite young, she still has puppy energy. I want anyone who is interested in her to know that she can be quite energetic at times, but can also be calm and cuddly.

We got her from a friend that was moving out of state and couldn't take her. She is amazing, calm and an amazing cuddler! She is 8 years old, so a senior dog, that's mellow and easy to care for. Hoping she goes to someone who can cuddle her and take her on walks and give her the attention a senior dog like her deserves. I can no longer take care of her due to financial and health issues.

Available 5/28/2024 This is Guinness, he is definitely one of a kind. This boy loves to play with toys but he is odd since he just loves playing on his own. He will run around you with all the toys he can grab and throw them around. You know if he could talk he would be saying "watch me!" He has a very unique scar on his forehead which he had before he came here to the shelter. We think he is some type of border collie mix. He is incredibly energetic and needs to get his wiggles out. We have noticed that Guinness is much better around neutered male dogs. Females he is fine as well as neutered males. He is not yet neutered and that may change with time, we just want people to be aware. Come in and meet this pup and maybe take him home! Inquires are on a first come first serve basis. Available 09/20/2024 This is Balto, to the best of our knowledge he is a full bred Siberian Husky. This boy has tons of energy and he is incredibly athletic. He is able to jump our 8 foot fences here at the shelter. He seems to be okay with other dogs, but would need a lot of training to be around cats. Without that he cannot be in a home with cats. He's a very smart boy and he picks up on things quickly. He would need an active lifestyle to keep his mind entertained. Come in and meet his charming young lad. Story

Sig is 2 years old. He is a very sweet dog. Loves people and other animals. He has been to basic and off leash training and did very well. He reacts to emotions more than any other dog I've ever seen, and would do very well in a home with softer personalities. I originally got him to be trained as a bird dog for hunting, but he is timid around loud noises and things he is unfamiliar with. I don't dare try to gun train him because I think it would affect him negatively.
