Story
This is Shinju… it means Pearl in Japanese. Shinju is about 2 yrs old, she weighs approximately 60 pounds and is a husky-pit mix… at least that’s what everyone thinks. Shinju has a medical condition that is managed well with medication and like many of us, she does have a little bit of baggage from her past. Shinju is a very sweet and loyal dog who does well with people and other dogs, although she can be cautious and nervous at first. She is up-to-date on her shots and vet appointments. She is crate trained; in fact, she loves her crate and it is her preferred place to sleep when it’s bed time. She loves attention, treats and belly rubs. She has attended a 6-week puppy training class and knows her name and these commands: sit, no, car ride, walk, high 5, go potty, and shake. She likes long walks around the block, trail hikes, jumping and running around in water, and she really loves playing in and eating snow.

Story
Jagger was adopted in 2017 from a local animal shelter and is about 7 years young. Jagger is a blue heeler jack Russel terrier mix, he has a brown and black face but he is mostly white although he does have small black spots. Jagger is well trained (including crate trained) and does well walking on a leash. He is a goofy guy who loves playing fetch, tug-a-war, going for walks, cuddling and getting good boy treats. He was very good around children of all ages and does good in public environments. He is a very smart, loving, happy, talkative and playful dog. Jagger is very aware and alert of his surroundings. He shows strong desire to keep you safe.

Story
Sunny is a medium-sized Lab, weighing around 30-40 lbs, who came to the shelter as a very scared stray. His journey has left him shy and unsure of new situations, but beneath that nervous exterior is a sweet dog who just needs time and understanding to feel safe. Sunny is looking for a calm, patient person who can provide the quiet space he needs to decompress and start trusting the world again. He's not the type for bustling environments like farmer's markets, house parties, or dog parks, but he shines in peaceful settings. Sunny loves going on quiet walks, enjoys the company of other dogs, and absolutely cherishes cuddle time with his favorite person. With consistent love and patience, Sunny will come out of his shell and show just how loyal and loving he can be.If you're ready to give Sunny the time and space to heal and feel safe, he will reward you with a deep bond and endless affection. Sunny is looking for a gentle, understanding home where he can finally relax and know that everything will be okay. Primary Color: Yellow Secondary Color: White Age: 2yrs 4mths 0wks I am available for adoption at the Pocatello Animal Shelter.
