Story
Jacie is a good girl she just needs so extra love & affection. She does pee when excited, scared or nervous. She is intimidated by men at first. She is a sweet girl. We both work long hours & just cannot give her the attention she needs. She loves to be outside. She knows how to ring a bell to go potty but will have accidents inside if left too long. She has always lived with cats & does not bother with them.

MEET HARRY PAWTER! URGENT! FOSTER OR FOREVER DESPERATELY NEEDED FOR SWEET HARRY PAWTER! Check out this guy ... he survived the shelter, was pulled from the Euth list, and then put in temp fostering because his foster couldn't take him. We are looking for a loving, caring, committed FOSTER OR FOREVER home for him! Harry deserves so much better. About HARRY P ... volunteers LOVED him at the shelter. Here is what they said: "...We have played with this boy and he is so special. So gentle with the girls, plays with toys, take treats very easily….he would make a great dog for someone!! ;;;" Harry loves his humans. He can be with other, compatible dogs (prefers females, intros always necessary). He is house and crate trained. This great dog who has been (we admit it) bounced around a bit, is such a survivor and so resilient. He is such a happy boy! And he'll make anyone a great companion. Harry is about two years old and weighs 70 lbs. He is UTD and neutered. Have questions? Want to visit? Please contact reboundhounds@gmail.com and his rescue will get right back to you, thanks! HARRY PAWTER IS IN CHARLOTTE, NC

Story
Mr. Thomas needs a new home. He is a great walker & never pulls. He loves to be pet & cuddled, he will sit on your lap forever if you let him. He is 10lbs. He's a great alert/alarm dog. He cannot be around other animals, especially anything smaller than him. Strongly dislikes other dogs but tolerant of adult cats. Fine with children, but would do better around age 3 & up as he gets anxious. Has been cared for extremely well, and is 10 years old. He just really doesn't get along with our cat (he doesn't chase her, just growls if she gets near) or our other dog and it's getting to be annoying for all of them. He would be best as an only pet, he really needs to be alone with someone that would cuddle him and spoil him. He's sweet. He is on Prozac for his anxiety and it would be best for him to stay on it. Will provide a month of medication when adopted free of charge. I just want him to have a good home where he can be happy and not anxious or upset with our other animals.

Story
This is Emberly lou! She will respond to lulu , and Ember! We found her in a Walmart parking lot ! She is such a loving sweethearted soul. She loves cuddles, squeaky toys, running, and swimming in rivers, lakes, and ponds! She would make an excellent hunting dog because of her love for chasing squirrels, ducks, and other small animals. With that being said, she is not very good around cats. She can get used to them but will still chase them. Ember will take a little while getting used to other dogs, but will eventually warm up. Ember is kennel, potty, and house trained! She loves playing tug of war and fetch. She loves running outdoors and in woods. She is in desperate need of a home as soon as possible. She recently has had her shots and spay done. She is 2 1/2, and my sister is severely allergic. I can no longer keep her.

Story
Meet Boo Bear — Your New Personal Trainer, Life Coach, and Chaos Coordinator! If you’ve ever looked at your calendar and thought, “I really need more excitement in my life,” allow me to introduce you to Boo Bear — a 6-month-old pit bull puppy who runs purely on joy, enthusiasm, and the approximate energy output of a small nuclear reactor.Boo Bear is basically a furry toddler who skipped the walking stage and went straight to sprinting. He’s got zoomies for days, acrobatic moves you didn’t know were possible, and a face that says, “I love you, let’s run a marathon, and also can I chew this?”He’s incredibly trainable and genuinely wants to please you — he just needs you to translate “focus” into a language his wiggle-butt puppy brain understands. With consistency and positive reinforcement, this boy is going to be an absolute superstar. Think of him as your personal project with the cutest ears you’ve ever seen.He gets along great with other dogs and would LOVE a playmate who can keep up with him. Got an existing dog who’s bored? Boom — problem solved. Snooze-button champions need not apply. Marathon runners, active families, kids with endless energy, homes that thrive on joyful chaos — Boo Bear is READY for you.In short:If you want a couch potato… this is not him.If you want unconditional love with a side of comedic athleticism… come meet Boo Bear!Adoption Hours are Thursday through Sunday from noon to 5pm. You do not need an appointment to come by and meet animals during adoption hours.
