Sami, Pyrenees/Husky, 3 yrs., 106 lbs. Sami was found wandering along a busy highway. She’s friendly and laid back, but cautious in new situations. Sami rides well in a vehicle. She loves belly rubs but doesn’t want her mouth or head touched until she gets to know you better. She’s good with other dogs. Petunia, Golden Retriever/Poodle/Australian Cattle Dog/Kelpie. 1 1/2 yr. 42 lbs. Petunia spent the first 14 weeks in a wire kennel. Because she didn’t get out of the kennel for so long and did not have much exposure to the outside world, she will take time to work up confidence to experience new situations in a new home. Petunia is a little shy at first but warms up quickly. She’s somewhat bossy with other dogs so would probable do better as on only dog. She needs a home with someone home most of the time to give her the attention she has never had. Call Cindy 970-353-1385

Hank, Heeler mix, 1 ½ yrs., 42 lbs. housebroken. Hank is a very affectionate, smart, loyal, energetic, wonderful dog. He’s been through training, loves to play with toys, play fetch, and is good with other dogs but no cats. Hank rides well in a car and has learned to pull someone on a skateboard. We are looking for a home with someone home most of the time and with another young dog preferably female for him to play with. Hank is an owner surrender. Call Cindy 970-353-1385

Junie, Australian Shepherd/Heeler, 4.5 yrs., 40-45 lbs. Junie is a very loving and loyal dog. She is the boss and loves keeping Cooper in line. She likes to go on walks and explore with him. She gets along with other dogs great, but she will growl when she has had her fill. She will not nip or bite. She is a bit more relaxed and laid back than Cooper, but still loves to play around with him. She also is a bit of an attention hog. She will stare through your soul until you acknowledge her. She is very in tune with human emotion and will snuggle with you when you are sad. She’s a very sweet soul. She also may be more human than dog. Cooper, Blue Heeler, 4.5 yrs., 40-45 lbs. Cooper tends to be shy at first but warms up pretty quick. He has a lot of energy and loves playing with Junie going on walks and exploring with her. He LOVES attention. He is a very loving and loyal dog with the silliest personality. I think he may be more human than dog. He gets along with other dogs but does take a minute to acclimate to them. He loves to give kisses (I think he was a lizard in his past life…hahaha). They are a bonded pair. They have grown up together and I would hate to separate them. They are soulmates and I would love for them to stay together. I understand that this is a lot to ask, but they are so worth it! We are having to re-home them due to a move across the country. This means we will be living out of a small camper and traveling all over the southeast. I don’t feel that this is a fair life for my pups to live. They love to run and play and wouldn't get this freedom if they come with us.
