Story
Hello, I’m Aspen! I was brought in because I was too energetic for my last home. I know lots of things like how to sit, walk on leash, wait, do good in a crate, and I am good with cats and dogs! I am dog-friendly, though throwing paws like cats do, doesn’t always jive with my playmates. I am looking for a home that can give me lots of play, exercise, and help me learn how great the world can be. I can be nervous of men, so my potential home should be mostly if not all female or may have a male who is committed to working with me and the family to help properly expose me to the scary scary men of the world. If you are looking for a big, goofy, and affectionate boy to go on long walks with, I’m your guy! Come adopt me today!

Story
Hello, I`m Nala! I was brought in because I was very stressed by the children in the home, and wasn`t coping well. I am doing much better in a children-free environment and am looking for a new spot to live my life to the fullest! I have lots of skills like walking well on leash, hand touch, sit on cue, and I am muzzle trained! I am not a huge fan of other dogs or cats, though can be around dogs from afar without issue. I am looking for a home that can meet the physical and mental needs of my breed, take me on lots of walks, and provide plenty of enrichment for me. Due to my history, a children-free home would be the best option for me. If you are looking for a big, sassy, LGD to parade around your house and yard notifying you of incoming squirrels and mailmen, come adopt me today!

Story
Hi there! I’m Bisquick, a sweet and spirited 4-month-old male Akbash, and I’m on the lookout for my forever home! I was found as a stray, and now I’m ready to find a loving family to call my own. As an Akbash, I’m part of a breed known for being loyal, protective, and gentle. I’ll grow up to be a great companion and a devoted guardian. Akbash dogs are known for their intelligence and strong instincts, so I’ll need a family who can provide me with training and socialization to help me thrive. I’m still just a puppy, so I have plenty of energy and curiosity! I’ll need a home where I can play, explore, and grow. Ideally, I’d love a space where I can stretch my legs—maybe a yard or a farm—because I’ll enjoy being active and having a job to do. If you’re ready to invest time and love into helping me become the best Akbash I can be, I would love to meet you! Let’s start our journey together and create some wonderful memories!
