Story
Hi, I’m Saweetie!I’m a fun-loving, high-energy pup looking for a family that loves to play as much as I do! Whether it’s chasing after squeaky toys, going on walks, or having a cuddle session, I’m always up for some fun and affection.?? Dog-Friendly – I love playing with other dogs!?? Kid-Friendly – I enjoy spending time with children and would make a great family companion.?? Energetic & Playful – I have lots of energy, so a home with a yard or an active family would be perfect for me.?? Smart & Food-Motivated – I’m eager to learn and always ready for a treat!?? Crate-Trained & Housebreaking in Progress – I know to potty outside, but I might still have some accidents in my crate.I’m still young, which means I have a mix of playful zoomies and cozy nap times. If you’re looking for a sweet, fun, and loving pup, I’d love to be part of your family!Learn more about our adoption process.

Story
Tyrone is a handsome 3-year-old pit bull mix with a heart as big as his smile! This affectionate and playful guy is as sweet as they come. Whether he’s rolling over with his toys or gently placing his head in your lap for some love, Tyrone is all about spreading joy. He knows commands like “sit,” “stay,” and “shake,” and he takes treats ever so gently. Tyrone is also a social butterfly! He loves meeting new people—men, women, and kids alike—and always greets them with a wagging tail and a friendly demeanor. At a recent event, he spent time with a 12-year-old boy, soaking up all the attention and even attempting to sneak in a kiss! He’s working on his leash manners, though he might get excited if something catches his eye. With a little continued training, he’ll be an excellent adventure companion. While Tyrone enjoys his playtime, he also has a wonderfully calm and snuggly side. Throughout a full day of meeting people and exploring new places, he remained relaxed, never barking even when other dogs were vocal. He’s eager to please, incredibly gentle, and has so much love to give. If you’re looking for a sweet, fun-loving, and affectionate companion, Tyrone just might be your perfect match! Story
Hi, I’m Pookey!I was found in the fire zone in Altadena a few days after the fire. I have a medium energy level—sometimes I like to explore, sometimes I just want to rest. I’m still learning to trust people, but I enjoy short belly rubs and attention. I love to chew! Give me a bone, and I’ll carry it around proudly. I have a funny habit of taking shoes and clothes to my bed (don’t worry, I don’t chew them—just borrowing!).What I Need: A quiet home while I continue to recover and gain confidence.Someone patient who will help me with house training (I’m getting better!). At first, I was too scared to leave the car and wouldn’t come inside. Now, I come and go as I please, and I’m even starting to play a little! I’m looking for a forever home where I can feel safe and loved. Could that be with you? Let’s find out! ??Learn more about our adoption process.

Story
Meet Monfils, a loyal and affectionate companion looking for a quiet home where he can thrive! Also known as Buddy or Bubbas, this sweet guy is full of love and enjoys nothing more than snuggling up with his favorite person. He’s a big fan of fetch and absolutely loves being outdoors, making him the perfect match for someone with a yard or a peaceful space where he can roam and play.Monfils is housebroken and very well-behaved inside—he’s never destructive and rarely barks. He’s happiest when he’s by your side, soaking up belly rubs and showering you with affection. However, he does struggle with walks and can be anxious, especially around squirrels and crows. He knows how to sit and is generally obedient at home, but he can be a bit impatient with training. He prefers a calm and predictable environment, Monfils would do best as the only pet in a quiet household without young children. He’s looking for someone who will give him the love and stability he needs while understanding his quirks. Learn more about our adoption process.

Story
Ariel has an independent and demure personality. She`s not as vocal as her fellow huskies, which is where her name came from, although we can neither confirm or deny whether she made a deal with a sea witch. She`s really enjoying clicker training and is a big foodie.Ariel was found in Altadena during the Eaton Fire along with 14 other huskies. When she first arrived at Pasadena Humane, it seemed as though she wasn`t used to being around people. But our behavior team has been giving Ariel individualized care to help build her trust and show her how great it can be to bond with humans. Ariel is looking for a special adopter who can give her the understanding and patience she needs help her blossom. She`d love to be part of your world!Learn more about our adoption process.
