He is loves people and wants to please. He has a lot of energy and a high prey drive. He is selective about the dogs he lives with so we recommend him to be an only dog and no dog parks. He's medium in size, but extremely strong in muscle, hence could knock a child or frail person off balance with his exuberance & enthusiasm. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Female basset hound mixBella’s owner, who has provided good care for her, needs to surrender Bella because of her increasing work responsibilities. Bella is a 49-pound spayed female, approximately 6+ years old and is a basset mixed with some other breed. She is up to date on all her vetting, house trained, microchipped, and is in good health. Bella is shy and fearful of strangers, at first, but after warming up, she loves attention and affection. She is hesitant around other dogs, slowly becoming comfortable and might play a little, but otherwise keeps to herself. Bella pulls when on leash and barks and lunges at other dogs when on the leash with her owner. She is best with dogs of similar size or larger and has never had issues with other dogs when attending day care. She has no experience with cats nor much experience with children. Age: I am estimated to be about 1 year and 11 months old. Weight: I weigh approximately 58 pounds. More Info: I have been at the shelter since Nov 01, 2023. Rumble is a friendly, colorful, energetic, bouncy, year and half old that’s still very much a puppy. He would benefit from training and manners work as he likes to jump up for attention when walking on leash. He was bouncy and playful when meeting another dog. We feel due to his jumpy behavior he would best with children ages 15 and up. We would recommend he go into a home with no cats. He'd love to meet you!! Rumble was recently in foster care and his foster said: He is house broken, rides well in the car, loves people, is attentive, loves rope toys and chew toys. They said he was working on crate training, leash work, and recall.
