Story
Hi Everybody! My name is Snow White and I'm a 2-year-old, spayed pit bull that currently weighs about 53lbs. I'm a total love bug with people and have been called a very 'dog Happy' dog. Please be sure to bring in the entire household, including any resident dogs, to meet me prior to adding me to the family. I can't wait to say hello! I'm an excited, happy girl with tons of energy that loves to jump for joy when meeting new friends. I'm hoping for a family with adults only or families with older children that are familiar bully breeds like me and have experience teaching dogs how to share and be patient with treats. For more information about me, just ask Customer Service about Snow White! ID# A946068 I recently went on a field trip with one of my PHS Volunteer friends! Here's how I did: She was very vocal and excited when I entered her dorm, wiggling all over the place. She would sit when asked, so gearing up was not too difficult for me after the first minute of excitement. She was eager to load into my car but reluctant to get out. We drove a short distance to the Broadway, Burlingame, Pick of the Litter area and walked around. She was curious when seeing other dogs across the street but would resume walking after a brief pause. She was also VERY interested in the birds and squirrels she spotted, pulling, and trying to get closer to them. We then went to Mills Canyon Park, parking at the Adeline Dr. trailhead. We walked out and back on the paved access road portion of the park to avoid the mud from the recent rains on the main loop trail. She was pulling a lot, so I asked her to sit many times. With all the walking, pulling, sitting, and repeating, we did not get very far. After the hike, we spent some time in my small fenced yard in Millbrae. Snow White got the chance to look around but then was pacing around and looking for the exits. She did not settle down in my yard and got vocal, so we spent the remainder of the time walking around Millbrae. We drove through the carwash on the return trip to Lantos and she was amused by the experience.
