Tripod lovers Lookie here!   Meet  stunning Chyna, who came into the shelter system and had an a bad leg injury that needed amputation, but that's not slowing this happy, lovable girl down a bit!  Tripods are not handicap at all! Chyna has adapted well and is runs around with ease having a blast with her pack of fur friends.  Chyna loves other dogs and play is high on her list but also loves human companions too...  Chyna is a great all around dog and would do best in a family who has another playful pup to have fun with. Her temperament is kind, loving and easy to be with.  Chyna is 1 1/2 years old aprox.  22-24lbs and seems to be more a Carolina/Black Mouth Cur looking girl. She is a small/medium dog, for those looking for a dog not too small and not too big!  To apply for adoption go to: http://greendogfoundation.com/application-for-adoption/ or  call 949-842-2517 for more information. Story
Meet Brodie!  This boy is a very very special GreenDog.  Brodie was seen being attacked as a puppy by a coyote and then taken to the Riverside Shelter.   Due to California laws, Brodie would have to be quarantined for 6 months before being available for adoption and the shelter just didn’t have the space to board him that long, so in lieu of being euthanized, Riverside Shelter reached out to us and we took Brodie in.  Brodie is off his quarantine now and he is neutered, up to date on all vaccinations and microchipped.    There is one special requirement for a forever home for Brodie…his mom and dad MUST have a pool…or maybe an adopter who surfs a lot or kayaks?   Of the 1000+ dogs that have come through the GreenDog Ranch, I’ve never known one to be part fish, and Brodie is certainly that.  He absolutely loves to swim and will literally tread deep water playing with a toy for hours.   Brodie gets along great with other dogs big and small and even loves our free range chickens.   He’s a gentle soul and loves to hug.  Brodie is almost a year old now and is ready to find his forever someone. Brodie is approximately 50 lbs of great fun and amusement... For more information about Brodie contact 949-456-7032  or submit an application for adoption to: http://greendogfoundation.com/application-for-adoption/October 24, 2024, 6:19 pm

Meet little Dinky.  Dinky and his siblings were born on St. Paddy's Day.  Their mother Sandy was rescued from the San Bernardino Shelter where she arrived very pregnant and not knowing where she belonged.  Sandy looks to be a Tibetan Spaniel mix but we have no idea what the daddy is.  Dinky is a sweet boy and the runt of the litter.  He will probably be under 10 pounds fully grown.  They have had their first set of vaccinations and are microchipped.  Adoption fee is $550 which includes their spay at 6 months and the rest of their puppy vaccines and rabies.  If you'd like more information, please email greendogfoundation@gmail.com or fill out an application for adoption at www.greendogfoundation.org.  Thank you for looking to rescue!October 24, 2024, 6:19 pm
