Story
Located in the Monterey Bay area in California. Nikko was abandoned by his first owner and had to be rescued by the SPCA. Since then my father and I took him in on our farm in California. At first he had abandonment issues and didnt like to be left alone. Over a short time he became more comfortable and more independent. Hes very well trained but has a lot of energy. Because of his breed he loves to chase things and is excellent at playing fetch. Hes okay with other dogs however the dog park is not a place for him. Weve walked him tandem with other dogs before. Because of his size he can look intimidating, but hes an extremely sweet boy and very friendly. Hes never shown aggression to anyone but he is very loyal and protective. My father is relocating to Vermont and unfortunately his new place cant accommodate dogs. Weve both grown very attached so this is going to break our hearts to let him go. Its important we know hes going to be loved they same as he was here

Story
I adopted him from the Salinas animal shelter. I believe he is about 4 - 4.5 years old. He needs a home that has no other pets, especially small. At least for now until he has resource guarding/reactivity training. He does get along with other dogs but needs to be monitored due to resource guarding food and toys. he does good as long as he is monitored and kept up with training, mental and physical exercise. He is a very energetic, intelligent, loving cuddle boy who aims to always please his owner. He will be your best friend if you let him. Spirit loves hiking and camping, just being outdoors in general. He would love to be your copilot on car rides, always sticking his head out the window. I want him to have the best life possible with someone that has much more time to spend one on one with him. He is a huge sweetheart and it hurts me to have to rehome him but its not the best situation for him with me right now.

Story
Letti is a 4.5 yo high-energy sweet girl that loves to play fetch with her ball or stuffies and always down for cuddles! She struggles with fear aggression toward humans and dogs (primarily when on leash) as well as resource guarding of toys with dogs (never humans). She responds extremely well to positive reinforcement as she is very food motivated. I am looking to find a new home for her due to career changes that is having me travel a lot more. Being a high energy dog, she also needs consistency that I am not able to give her any more. Looking for someone experienced with training reactive dogs and can give her the active lifestyle she needs. She has never been around kids, so no kid home is preferred. She has lived with other dogs and does okay, but would be better as a solo dog. She does great at doggie daycares, groomers, and vet. She is crate trained and knows many basic commands. She loves so hard and is the best companion to anyone she meets! Willing to drive a distance.
