Story
This sweet girl is a three-year old female husky looking for her forever home. She knows basic commands such as sit, down, wait, stay, and come. She's fine with cats, walks nicely on leash, and is not reactive to other leashed dogs. She absolutely loves playing with toys, fetching balls, splashing in the water, and relaxing on her bed. While she's a total lovebug with humans, she does exhibit resource guarding behavior with other dogs in the home, which is why she needs to be the only dog in her future home. We brought her home in August and were unaware of her challenges with other dogs at the time. Unfortunately, she does not get along with our current dog. After consulting with a canine behavior specialist, we've kept them separated, and in doing so, we've seen her open up in a whole new way. This experience helped us make the difficult decision to find her a new home where she can thrive as the only dog.

Story
Joan Jett is from the Singers litter. Her and her two sisters (Cher and Stevie Nicks) are still looking for their furever homes. Jett has the cutest floppy ears (although they can’t decide what direction they want to go at the moment), dark eyes and soft fur. She has developed into a mellow, happy go lucky social girl who loves to play with everyone - kids included. She relishes a good run around the yard with her large and small roommates and gives the best puppy kisses. When she is done playing, she enjoys chewing on a good toy off on her own. Jett is going to be a big girl so exposing her to new interesting things will encourage her curious and friendly temperament. She is interested in her cat roomies; respects the feisty ones and likes to play with the nice ones. She is crate trained, sleeps through the night, loves her food, doing well on harness/leash training, and well on her way to being potty trained. Jett is now on the lookout for her perfect forever family that will continue to give her exercise and training so she can continue to be the best girl that she already is! **All Itsie Bitsie Puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped, started on vaccines, dewormed, and vet-checked. IBR requires landlord permission for renters and a yard check for all puppies. We do not adopt out siblings. Please allow volunteers a few days to look over applications. An adoption fee applies. Volunteers will CALL if your application is selected for a phone interview.

Story
Hi! I am Stevie Nicks from the Singers litter. My sisters (Cher and Joan Jett) and I are still looking for our furever homes and we don’t understand why as we are the best shepherd girls you will ever find. I’m currently in a loving foster home where I spend my days with a doggy foster sister, a couple of my littermates, human siblings and pawrents. Even though I don’t live with any kitties, I think I would do well with proper introductions. I just like to play so hope they will play with me back. I love to play with other doggies, toys, and chew on bones. Once I’m tuckered out, I crash hard and like to nap in my crate. The crate is my favorite spot if I’m not out playing. I also LOVE the water! I am crate trained and well on my way to being potty trained. I am extremely smart and learned to use a doggy door all on my own. I am very curious and like to follow everyone around to see what they are doing. I love learning new things and always excited to go on any adventure. I am looking for my furever home, preferably with another doggy friend so I have someone to play with or an active family that is around often. I am super sweet, so with continued love and training, I will grow up to be the best girl! **All Itsie Bitsie Puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped, started on vaccines, dewormed, and vet-checked. Cher is from the Singers litter. She and her two sisters (Joan Jett and Stevie Nicks) are still looking for their furever homes! Cher is all black with a few white accents and her adorable blue/green eyes will melt your heart! She is incredibly smart, learns very quickly and well on her way to being potty trained. Cher is a real team player, has a super sweet personality, and plays well with everyone which includes other dogs, cats, adults and kids. Cher is very active and enjoys playing outside, but also loves quality time snuggling with her humans. She sleeps through the night already! No doubt that Cher is perfect for someone looking for a loving and fun companion. **All Itsie Bitsie Puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped, started on vaccines, dewormed, and vet-checked.
