Story
Rufus is considered as a standard poodle, but is technically called a Moyen Poodle. Meaning he is a smaller, medium size dog. He weighs 22 lbs and is about 16" tall. He is black with gray on the lower part of his legs. He is 2 1/2 yrs old. Rufus is a very sweet boy and is very active. He needs stimulation to keep him out of trouble. And by trouble I mean he is a thief. He will take whatever you leave in his reach....paper, glasses, napkins, the remote, etc. Nothing a piece or two of hot dog doesn't fix. So you must be diligent about keeping things you don't want him to get, out of his reach. Luckily he is small so it's not too difficult. He gets along well with other dogs, but is better off being the only dog in the house. sometimes he displays jealousy. He loves people and thinks he has to meet everyone he passes. He sometimes gets a bit over excited at first meetings, but quickly settles in. He a really good boy at heart but need a lot of love and attention.
