Story
Koda is 17 months old, he is full of energy and loves to play fetch with his tennis balls. He is playful and super food motivated so he is easy to train. We want a loving new family, preferably with kids to take Koda. He needs space to run around so an open yard is nice also or someone to take him to the park at least twice a day to burn off his energy.

Story
This is Pete. Pete is a energetic active dog who loves to play fetch. This guy can play ball all day if you let him. Pete takes time to warm up to new people and gain trust. Once he knows and trust you he will be your best friend. Pete is a singleton and would love to be the only dog. He needs an active home but quiet. He is housebroken, and has great house manners. He know his basic commands, and walks well on a leash/harness. Story
Hi my name is Spot, I`m an adorable young boy with lots of wonderful characteristics! I am friendly, affectionate, loyal, playful, smart, brave, curious, independent, funny and athletic. I`m a rescue dog with a lot of love to give, and all I needs is the right person or family to give me the guidance I need to navigate this big world. Unfortunately, I`m not good with other dogs, but I`ve been getting better with the help of our trainers. I would do best in a single-dog household where I can be the center of attention - what a diva! If you`re a family with lots of love, patience, and time to spare, Spot might just be the perfect fit. He would benefit from lots of exercise and a committed owner who can give him the training and socialization he needs. If you`re interested in adopting Spot, please contact us at petslifeline.org and fill out an adoption application. A specialist will get in contact with you shortly. Let`s find Spot a happy home!

Story
Amelia is our sweet blue-eyed girl! This wonderful dog was rescued as a stray in Fresno and brought to FDR for a second chance at life in 2022. Since then, she has blossomed into a loving sweetheart with everyone she knows. She even has a boyfriend here named Vincent. Amelia is long overdue to find her forever family and enjoys walks with our fantastic team of volunteers. With her silly mannerisms, coy demeanor, and sweet nature, it's impossible not to smile when spending time with her. She is a special dog, and we can't say enough about how much we adore her. Amelia will be an excellent companion in a home that is just as loving as she is. *Remember, Northern Breeds have an intense prey drive. They are not suitable around cats, small dogs under 20 lbs, or other small animals. Apply for this beautiful girl today! Adoption donation is $495.

Story
Meet Vincent Van Gogh! When he first came to the shelter he was pretty wary of people, but now he's warmed up and knows that when he sees people he'll get to go on walks and adventures with his dog pals! Walks with his buddies are his favorite parts of the day. He loves to stop and smell the flowers. He's been patiently waiting for his forever home, and will be happiest with a female canine companion in his future household! He'd love to be in a husky savvy home with very secure fencing, that won't let him out unsupervised in a backyard! We've loved watching him grow into a much more confident and social dog, and know that he'll continue to progress by leaps and bounds in a home environment. If you'd like to bring this amazing husky into your home and give him the life he deserves complete an application today!
