Story
Rex is such a love!!! Rex was born on February 17, 2022. He is a big boy at about 100 pounds and he is very tall. He is a shepherd with some cattle dog mixed in. He loves the outdoors, so he would be amazing for a family with some property or a large yard, but he also adores being with his people, so he is happy to chill inside as well. He still has a few puppy traits (occasionally finds something to chew on, that he shouldn't), but for the most part, he is just a great dog with a good amount of energy, but not too crazy! He loves toys and he loves puppies! He does seem to get along with most dogs with a proper intro. Sometimes he gets a little over excited meeting new dogs when he is on a leash, so he may bark at them (and he has a big bark), but he will settle down. We think he would be a good dog for someone with mobility issues because of his height and size. He's great in the car and he's good with kids but because of his size and occasionally mouthing and herding, we think he's probably best with older kids. He is housetrained and crate trained. He really is such a good boy and we can't quite figure out why he hasn't found a home yet. Currently in need of new foster in So Cal or can be adopted anywhere in California. Adoption fee of $200 includes spay/neuter, core vaccines (DAPP and rabies), microchip, access to training videos. You must complete an application before we are able to accommodate any request for a meet and greet. Story
Sweet Pea needs a foster or foster to adopt in So Cal ASAP. She’s a 1 1/2 year old Dogo Argentino mix. She is very sweet dog. She does seem to be deaf or at least have selective hearing. She does need some time to adjust in a new home, but she loves people and seems non reactive with other dogs and cats. She can escape a fenced yard, so she will need to be kept inside unless you're outside with her. She's pretty good in a crate and we can provide one for a foster to use. She still needs to be spayed. That is included in her adoption. She loves the car and is pretty good on leash. Currently in need of new foster in So Cal or can be adopted anywhere in California. Adoption fee of $400 includes spay/neuter, core vaccines (DAPP and rabies), microchip, access to training videos. You must complete an application before we are able to accommodate any request for a meet and greet. FINN! ADOPT ME! I'M READY TO CRAWL INTO YOUR HEARTS! So Cal! Available thru JMM Rescue! Finn (and his brother Arlo) are ready for adoption (separately!) Finn is a mystery mutt. We guessed chi corgi at first, but they seem to have outgrown the chi part, we've considered Basenji, Shepherd, Min Pin, and more but the truth is we really don't know. 🤣 We think they will be medium sized (45ish pounds) but we're not making any promises at this point. Finn is fixed, vaccinated and microchipped. He's about 4.5 months old. Finn has been raised with dogs of all sizes. He gets along with them all. He's very happy go lucky. He loves to play. Working on his housetraining but getting there. He does pretty well on leash and loves to go to Starbucks! Crate trained! They ignore the cats in the foster home and they should be fine with kids. Currently in foster in So Cal, can be adopted anywhere in California. Adoption fee of $300 includes neuter, microchip, core vaccines, and free access to online training programs that we purchase. Please apply here to adopt:. Adoption Application We require an application before scheduling a meet and greet. Thank you!

Cheeto got a lion cut! (And he fell asleep during the process!) CHEETO! FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA! Cheeto is approximately 8 months old. He's a pomsky as best we can tell but he's a small guy and we don't expect he'll get big. He loves other dogs of all sizes. Not positive how he is with cats but we can test him if needed. He's fine with kids. He's housetrained with only an occasional accident if he's not able to get outside. Currently in need of new foster in So Cal or can be adopted anywhere in California. Adoption fee of $300 includes spay/neuter, core vaccines (DAPP and rabies), microchip, access to training videos. Story
NOVA! (Male) Nova is a sweet dude who is looking for his forever home. He is a larger Terrier mix (probably about 25 pounds) so still considered a small to medium sized dog. His foster says this about him: At about a year and a half old and 25-30 lbs he is FULL of energy at and thinks he’s a lap dog but will take up 3/4 of a recliner. Nova thrives on attention. A good praise and a treat go a long way with him. Mostly house trained, but it is Important that he goes out IMMEDIATELY in the morning or it sets a precedent for the rest of the day. He wants to please you and loves the praise he gets when he does something good or cute. He would do well with kids No experience with cats here. Would want to sleep on a bed with someone at night but currently is crated since I have other smaller ones that sleep with me. He does have some separation anxiety sometimes but is fine when he hears the car start. I do crate him when I leave “just in case”. -------------------- Nova did really well at our adoption event, meeting new people and hanging out with a lot of commotion going on. He will be a great addition for a family or person! Currently in need of new foster in So Cal or can be adopted anywhere in California. Adoption fee of $300 includes spay/neuter, core vaccines (DAPP and rabies), microchip, access to training videos.
