Story
Starr is a love bug and loves people, but is still a great watch dog. She loves to get out and get exercise. She was rescued from the local pound. She has a crate, she isn’t crazy about being in it, but when given a nice treat she deals with it when she needs to be left alone. She’s very eager to please and knows sit, shake, other paw and down. She has lots of energy and thinks it’s her job to chase stray cats.

Story
We rescued the dog about 10 years ago. He was brough in to the bank where I worked. He appeared to be a puppy at the time, but old owner was unsure of its age. We initially chipped it and gave it all its shots, but due to financial hardship where unable to keep up with it. Our local shelters and SPCAs also offer very limited financial aid not neutering and shots, so unfortunately he has gone without. We do have 2 more dogs that he is good with, but we don't know how he does with other dogs because that is all the socializing he has with other animals. He has also not been around children outside the family, so not sure how he would do either. He has NEVER shown aggression to me or any family. We live in a very rural area and we have no neighbors that they can see, so not sure how his temperament is in other environments. Our landlord is selling the property we live on and we unfortunately can NOT find a rental that will take pets. We hate to rehome them, but have no choice.

Story
He is a stray that followed me home. He is very playful and loving. He loves to shake paws and will try and entice anyone and everyday to play. He doesn't seem to like other dogs trying to eat from his bowl but other than that, he gets along fine with other dogs of all breeds. I have an old Australian Terrier who isn't interested in playing and my cat has been hiding under the porch ever since Rosco showed up. He is a bit of an escape artist, pals around with the neighborhood dogs who also escape. I would love to keep but, I can't just act like my cat doesn't exist. Plus, he was a tendency to run right through my older dog because he is small and slow. Again, he is very friendly and loving. I have had to establish dominance over him from playing a little to rough with my Aussie Terrier. He did not growl at me or get aggressive. He wants to please and play.

Story
Hi. I’m Finn!  I'm a happy, friendly boy and LOVE LOVE LOVE to meet new people. Sometimes I can't help it and want to say hi to everyone that passes by. I like other dogs, too, and enjoy a good game of "chase and be chased". I like it so much that some dogs think my greeting can be a little over the top but most want to play like me but I will chill if told to. I love walks and like to sniff everything. I'm great on leash as long as you use my front clip harness.  I don't pull with the front clip and it's easy to put on. I’m working hard on training and feel I have mastered sit, down, stay, shake and off. I am really a perfect walking buddy. But I love my walks and love to go out with my people.  Even though I love other dogs, sometimes I need to be reminded to share. However, if it’s a tug-of-war rope then GAME ON. I’ll play tug all day long!  If you have a swimming spot nearby, I'm in, literally. I ride nicely in the car and jump right in. I'm ready to roll. Even though l like other dogs, I really would be happy with my very own person. My foster family takes me to German Shepherd meetups and I’ve done great!  Like I said, I'm a friendly boy just waiting for that perfect family that wants to have fun and go places. Don't get me wrong, I can be a chill, snuggle buddy too and love to cuddle my foster dad in the mornings. I am  happy to liet at your side while you work or if youre just reading a book.  If you are looking for a great out-and-about boy, and have lots of energy and time to spend with me, come see me and we can be friendls. I really would like my own family soon. It's been a while and I am a super good boy. I have been told that I am mnore handsome in person. I am not reactive to dogs and I would love my own family, hopefully with a dog. I love to play. I'll be waiting with my foster family in Mountain View.
