Story
Bella is the sweetest pup. We rescued her when she was a puppy and now she is almost 7 years old. She is a great indoor and outdoor dog, she’ll snooze on the couch or run on the beach. We hope to find someone to match her adventurous energy. Unfortunately we have two young children now and haven’t given Bella the attention and playtime she deserves. Though she has been great with our kids, we think it would be best for her to be in a home where she could get more attention.

Story
Sky was born on Valentines Day 2024, a beautiful female pit bull, pitsky mix. She is from a mixed litter from a home in Anaheim that belongs to a former student of mine who was at risk of eviction due to the surpise litter of puppies. I volunteered to take Sky, in an effort to help, but I have two senior dogs with health issues that Sky gets too excited by, and sometimes too rough with. They typically get along fine, but Sky's energy is too much for the old boys. We have tried training and crating. She does fine through the night in the crate. She loves to play, run, play catch. She can sit and shake. She does NOT come or stay, though, and she is still jumping up and chewing sometimes. She is affectionate and will give kisses she will cuddle, but she is ready to play and play hard if you let her. She wants to play all the time. I think she needs training and a home WITHOUT other pets. I have seen her shy in public, but she fought with my older dog over a bone. Hope you can help.

Story
Leona's story is unfortunately not unique. She was abandoned and left behind when her family moved. When we finally found and spoke to the family, they said they left the side gates open so Leona could go "free." Thankfully, Leona stayed put all that time. Leona is a beautiful 2-year-old spayed female pup who is laid-back, submissive, and friendly. She had lived all her life in the backyard, so we had to teach her everything from the beginning. After being in our foster home for a couple of months, she has blossomed into the sweetest companion. She’s affectionate, cuddly, calm, and happy, with a gentle demeanor. Leona gets along with men, women, kids, and both dogs and cats. She is smart and eager to learn, quickly mastering some basic commands. Leona has received a thorough vet check-up and has a clean bill of health. At 75 lbs, she’s fully vaccinated and has tested negative for heartworm, parasites, and other conditions. If you’re ready to open your heart and home to this loving girl, please text 949-331-6299 (Lin) or email atickettohappiness@gmail.com. Let’s help Leona find the forever home she deserves! Story
We’ve had Nala for about 3 ½ years, and she’s approximately 4 years old we got her from a relative. She is a purebred female German Shepherd. Nala lived with us and a small female Chihuahua, and they got along just fine. She has been through training recently for a board and train for the last month and a half, and we were told she did well with other dogs and that everyone loved her. However, Nala does have anxiety; initially, she will bark a lot, but once you pet her, she calms down. We haven’t had her around many dogs, so we can’t say for certain how she interacts with them, but her trainer mentioned she did fine and explained that her anxiety stems from low confidence. Nala is a very loving and intelligent dog. Unfortunately, we’ve had to move to a small apartment and can no longer keep her. It’s a heartbreaking decision, but our priority is to find her a loving home where she will be happy and well cared for.
