Story
Biscuit --------- He's a sweet affectionate little guy, a little timid until he gets comfortable. He seems quite nervous around my 6 year old daughter, her fast movements. So I'd recommend children ages 10+ for him. (He doesn't hate my 6 year old daughter but gets spooked easily by her, and doesn't seem to willingly walk up to her much) He was found with what we believe are his siblings, so they've all been separated into foster homes now and are adjusting fine. We are still learning more about Biscuit and will update once we know more. He's in a foster home in Vancouver. Application to adopt are on our website. www.ihelpedsave.ca

Story
Pumpkin ------------ She's about 12 months old. She's full of energy and she is a dominant girl but does enjoy playing with other dogs. She's in a foster home in Vancouver. She did really well with my 6 year old daughter so I would say 6+ she's good with. Story
Ophelia is a sweet and sensitive German Shepherd mix with a heart full of love, but she needs time to show it. She's fearful of new people, especially men, and takes her time to trust. However, once she feels safe and gets to know you, she transforms into a ball of affection, jumping with excitement and showering you with love.Ophelia does well with a couple of dog friends but can be reactive around unfamiliar dogs, so slow and proper introductions are essential. She'll thrive with continued support and confidence-building leash training, but for now, a securely fenced yard is a must. She's not yet comfortable enough to go on walks for bathroom breaks, so having a safe yard where she can relax and adjust to her new routine is key.Ophelia is looking for a patient, understanding home with someone who can offer her the love, security, and time she needs to blossom into her true, loving self. If you have the heart to help Ophelia grow in confidence and give her a forever home, she'll reward you with endless loyalty and affection.** PLEASE NOTE ** Dog meets and adoptions are by appointment only. To secure an adoption meet, please submit an online application and a staff member will reach out. Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: Brown Weight: 22 Age: 0yrs 11mths 2wks

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Ripley is full of energy and ready to give all his love to a forever family! Rip came to us quite underweight and is currently on a refeeding plan by the vet to bring him up to a healthy weight before being neutered. Ripley is hoping to find a home that can follow a stringent refeeding plan to help him gain his weight back in a healthy way and needs lots of snuggles in between. He is available for Foster-to-Adopt and will be fully adoptable once he can be neutered at a healthy weight. This playful boy has shown reactivity to other dogs so would not be suitable to a multi canine home. If you feel you may be a good fit for this loving guy, please submit an online application or reach out to the Abbotsford centre with any questions! If Ripley fits your lifestyle, please fill out an application and we will call you to book a meet + greet appointment.
