Story
“Hi! I’m Moxie, aka, Wiggle-Butt. My current owner says I’m the most polite and patient doggie you will ever meet! I will be 5 years old this August and since I feel so spry, I am looking for a family or active senior couple that loves to spend time together and will include me.  I love to be around people that are calm and provide me with attention and confidence. I prefer being on the couch or bed next to you.  I will nudge your nose when it's time to wake up and start the day! I’m housebroken, leash trained and will walk beside you.  I know sit, shake, lay down and I won’t chew on your belongings. I have great tracker instincts. I enjoy being walked and going on hikes but rarely approach other dogs.  I keep to myself.  Although, I am learning to integrate with other friendly dogs. I don’t mind cats.  I hop into the car but do get a little anxious as to where we are going. Back scratches are my favorite and did I mention that I eat very healthy?  I love kibble, carrots, broccoli, peanut butter, chicken, yams, eggs, and quality doggie treats. Fill out an adoption application today to meet Moxie! Our adoption fee helps cover expenses (vaccinations, microchips, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets we rescue.
