Story
I rescued him from an acquaintance who started to have mental health issues and was going to shoot him. My house is under renovations so I dont have the time or funds to properly take care of him. I think he is either two or three years old. He is fearful around strangers and will growl at them. He has bitten one person as far as I know. He seems quite clingy and loves attention. I am not sure the extent of his training. He knows how to sit and he responds to his name but he flinches a lot when he thinks he is in trouble. He has not gone after our chickens or dwarf goats and seems amicable to cats. He does not mind being around babys but is weary of toddlers. I have not had him very long but the most I have seen him do is growl at them.

Story
Oliver is an 11 month old intact male dachshund/cocker spaniel. He is the sweetest little guy ever!!! We have had him since he was a 9 week old puppy. It has been brought to our attention that our granddaughter is super allergic to him and now my husband is showing signs of allergies towards him. We currently live in an apartment which is also a negative for Oliver as he is a puppy and needs an enclosed area to run and explore life. We are so so sad about this but we know it’s best for him.
