Story
This is Darby, She is as much a part of our family as our children. We found her after she had been hit by a car. Her pelvis was broken, she was emaciated, and she had just had puppies. We looked for days for them and never found them. She is the most loving, calm, wonderful soul. She is almost a truly perfect dog. I am forced to rehome her because she is extreemly protective of us and went into our neighbors yard and bit thier 7 year old lab. They have involved the police and we are being forced to either euthanize her or find her a new home. I cant even explain how painful this is, she is bonded to me like a child as I spent a lot of time with her durring her healing. We are guessing she is about 3 to 5 years old. She has escape artist tendencies so a solid fence is a must. She also has had sever trauma on a leash at some point as she is petrified them along with car rides. She prefers women, but has never shown aggression with a man either. There's so much more but I'm out of words

Story
I rescued this sweet dog last Sunday from the side of the road where he was going to get hit there was no houses around. I took him to the vet. He has a good bill of health, but he was not chipped. I can’t keep him because I have two other male dogs That he growls at. He is very good with my female dog. He is also a very good dog with kids and will eat food out of your hand. He is very sweet with us but like I said doesn’t do well with my male dogs

Story
Meet Bea! The sweetest, silliest girl you'll meet! Bea is a 7 month old lab mix who would love to be your very best friend! She is a calm and quiet pup when chilling in the house, but loves to romp around the yard with her fur siblings! Bea enjoys a good squeaker toy, and also loves treats of every kind. She is food motivated and will sit and roll over for a treat. She is a little shy at first, but once she warms up to you, she will never want to leave your side! Bea is great with children, other dogs, and also LOVES cats! She will thrive in a home with other dogs. She is crate trained, spayed, and UTD on all vaccines. If you are interested in meeting Bea, send us a DM or fill out the form below https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/LAPA/Dogntly

Story
Pinto is 4 months old and weighs 12 lbs. At just one week old, Pinto tragically lost his mom. But despite this hardship, he has grown into a loving and affectionate pup. Pinto is already crate trained, knows basic commands, and is working on house training making him the perfect addition to any home. His busy and playful nature will keep you on your toes, but he also knows how to chill and snuggle up on your lap when you need some relaxation time. Pinto is a constant companion and a people pleaser, always eager to be by your side and make you smile. He has a clever and curious mind, making training a breeze. His easygoing and friendly personality makes him a great fit for any family, including those with dogs, cats, and kids. Pinto is more than just a pet - he will be your best friend, loyal and devoted to you for life. He loves meeting new people and will bring endless joy and laughter to your home.

Story
We rescued a injured mother with 9 pups, the mother had been shot and the pups were being raised in the bushes. We have 2that we still need homes for. They are 14weeks and absolutely adoreable.Lizzy a female, is adventurous and loves attention. Zack is independent, but loves to be petted and play with toys. We have given them a great home and love them, but we cannot keep them because the mother, Dolly needs to have her leg amputated and we can't do it until puppies are homed. Looking for loving homes for these beautiful pups which will grow to be 60 to 90 pounds. Please consider giving these babies a chance and allowing the mother to get her much needed surgery. Our health is failing and we cannot care for them. If you can see it in your heart please Email me with any questions Sansomrae64@gmail.com. Thank you!
