AJ just 8.5 months old! He was born 1/09/24. AJ is Purebred American Staffordshire Terrier (pitbull family). AJ has been an inside dog. AJ is a Neutered Male UTD on All Shots & Flea Prevention. We had AJs Tail Docked & Neutered at 6weeks old when we purchased him @ Mercy Animal Hospital in Gardendale. AJ is very smart, Fully Potty Trained, Kennel Trained & knows Basic Commands. AJ has alot of energy & in the past month decided to start chasing our live stock so that is why we have to rehome AJ. Since we have had him he has been good with other dogs, all people & children (a bit rough playing for small children). AJ does not do well around livestock or chickens, but has done well with our goats!

Story
Available for adoption near Birmingham, AL Adina is a special 25 lb red-tri border collie female. She was found wandering the streets in southern Georgia. It was apparent she had been abused either in her previous home or while she was on her own. She is slow to trust, but with patience we are now seeing signs of trust after four+ months. This girl just wants someone she can trust and who will love her unconditionally.\ She loves to go on walks but can be reactive to other dogs and large or loud vehicles. She gets along with other dogs with slow introductions but does best with male dogs. She is okay with cats but wants to herd them. A simple reminder is all she needs to back off. She is good with children 7 and up who know how to act around dogs. She would be happy with another male dog who likes to play or as the only dog who gets all the attention. She does not do well at dog parks. She loves one on one attention and will sit or lay with you to get pets. She loves to go for car rides and likes to let you know when there are trucks close to the car. She is not a big barker but has her own way of talking to you. She is a very sensitive girl and just a firm voice will make her think she is in big trouble. She knows sit, settle and come and has good recall. She gets scared when there are thunderstorms, fireworks or loud noises but settles down if someone is with her. Adina is house-trained but does not use a crate. She is roughly 3 ½ years old, spayed and current on immunizations. If this sweet girl sounds like your perfect match, please fill out our application: https://www.australianshepherdsfurever.org/old-adoption-application There is an additional $20 microchip fee which includes registration and transfer to her new furever family. All adoption fees are used for future rescue efforts.

Story
Had to move on short notice and new apartment doesn’t allow dogs. She was being fostered at a friends but they have become unable to keep her. She’s a very kind and sweet lovable lazy doggo. She gets along well most dogs I’ve had her around. Is good with kids but some adults tend to make her skittish at first.
