The top 2 breeds were Catahoula and Husky, though there were more! Approximate DOB: 8/2/24 Neuter/Spay Status: Not yet spayed Litter: Devo Approximate Weight: 44 lbs Description:  Tate and her siblings were found in a small rural town in poor condition. They were individual chained up and covered in fleas/ticks.    Since arriving in Wisconsin, Tate has made great progress! She is potty trained, and currently working on crate training. Tate is a sweet, playful girl who loves interacting with her foster dog siblings and humans alike. She's also perfectly content playing on her own when needed. Tate walks wonderfully on a leash and is a smart girl! She already knows commands like sit, down, lay down, and calm down.   One of Tate's favorite activities is playing in the snow, and she enjoys her toys just as much. She’s also adorable when she watches TV or chews on ice cubes—her favorite treat! Despite being a puppy, Tate is surprisingly laid-back and chill. Tate is very respectful of other dogs and is quick to respond when they set boundaries with her. She’s especially gentle with small dogs and children. While Tate loves to play, she’s equally fond of snuggling up by your side, seeking out as much closeness as possible.   Could this sweet gal be right for your home? Adoption Fee: $550We are a Wisconsin state licensed dog rescue -WI# 402433   ***We do not have a central adoption center at this time. All our dogs are in private foster homes within WI. At this time we only place our dogs in areas of WI. The breed of our dogs is our best guess with the help of our veterinarians. Our Weight Classes are as follows: 0- 25lbs - Small 26- 45lbs - Medium 46-89 - Large 90+ X-large If you are adopting an adult dog, which we consider 6 months of age or older, your adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter, Rabies and Distemper shots, dewormed, flea & tick preventative, heartworm tested and microchipped. If you are adopting a dog younger than 6 months of age, the dog will be up to date on the shots as per the dogs age. The dog will be dewormed, flea/tick preventative and microchipped. We only spay/neuter our dogs once they're at least 6 months old. If you decide to adopt a younger dog than 6 months, they will need to be spayed/neutered by your veterinarian when they are between 6 to 8 months old. Proof that the spay/neuter has been completed will need to be submitted to Tailwaggers911. Once proof of the spay/neuter has been received, we will refund $100 of your adoption fee via Venmo, PayPal or have a check in the mail within 15 days. Once you are approved with our rescue, you can meet any one of our dogs within the fosters home. If you are interested in the dog you met, you can take the dog home under our mandatory foster to adopt program. You receive 5 days to see if the dog is the right fit for your home. If it is, we will conduct the home visit and finalize adoption. If it is not, it is returned to the foster. We are happy to find you another dog that meets your needs in your home. If a dog is listed as ADOPTION IN PROCESS, a family has met the dog and planning on adopting the dog after the home visit has been conducted. We always suggest sending in an application for a dog because there are times where the dogs are given back to us under the foster to adopt program. There are many reasons dogs are returned but normally it just was not the right fit for all. Please go to WWW.TAILWAGGERS911.COM under HOW TO ADOPT . We have an online application that is very easy to fill out. February 17, 2025, 11:18 pm
