Story
Meet Kiara! Kiara is about a year old. She is a terrier mix (her mom is actually a dalmatian!) She is the most beautiful girl! Kiara has had a rough start to life having lived outside with others in not so great conditions. Fortunately, this has had no negative effects on this sweet babe. Kiara is eager to please and very laid back. She is truly just happy to have a warm, cozy bed & food all to herself. She does enjoy toys as she probably never had them before and that is new and exciting to her! She loves to just be next to you and have her head on you. She is just a quiet girl wanting a simple life! Kiara is great with kids. She is good with other laid back dogs but likes to just do her own thing. She is very timid with men and takes longer to warm up to them. She is learning in her foster home that not all men are scary and she doesn't have to be afraid any more. Kiara is crate trained and doing well with learning potty and going out when the other dogs go out. She is fixed, up to date on shots and microchipped. Adoption fee $400. This perfect girl just wants a warm and cozy home to call her own!

Story
Phillip and is brother are the last of their litter and looking for homes. These 2 puppies didn’t have the best of life for the first 7 weeks of life. The whole litter came to us loaded with worms, the worms were being passed in piles from both ends. 🤮 They are now thriving thanks to their foster mom. The puppies are now about 12 wks old. Mom was a Dalmatian\Terrier mix and dad is said to be a husky mix. Their grandmother is a purebred Dalmatian as we have met them. Adoption fee $500 Brindle Buddies Reading Pa 19605 14185

Story
Freckles is a 50lb 2 year old Dalmatian who lived her entire life in a crate at a puppy mill. She is incredibly friendly and LOVES all people—she just wants to be loved. Although she gets along well with submissive dogs, she is not a fan of dominant dogs who challenge her. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. She is currently available for meet and greets.

Story
Sweetie is truly, just that! She is gentle, social, friendly, playful, and eager to please, and you would never know she was at a poor, rural shelter for over 15 months straight!! She is a touch shy when she meets new people, but warms up so quickly. When she arrived at the shelter, she had almost no fur at all, for she had severe mange and was a pitiful mess, and so sad and scared. Sweetie is only about 2.5 years old and a solid 50 lbs. Sweetie is so happy to be out of the shelter and have a yard to play and romp in, and other dogs to hang out with. Sweetie does well in all situations and with kids and dogs, and we can cat test. Totally guessing at her breeds. A must meet, for she will steal your heart for sure. Just a great dog without a mean bone in her. LOVABLE MUTTS ADOPTION CENTER (Pregnant Dog Rescue) is a private, in home, all breed rescue facility. We exist only on the kindness of your donations and adoptions! We pride ourselves on being an HOLISTIC center and feed only holistic foods and various vitamins and supplements to all of our dogs. LOVABLE MUTTS ADOPTION CENTER dogs are well socialized, very friendly, and in wonderful health.  We stand by our pups/dogs, and give 10 days for a refund and almost always take our dogs back at any age of their lives (often depends on dog)! LMAC has an application screening process.  All applicants are asked to provide vet references, personal references, and a home visit.  We pride ourselves in matching up the right dog with the right home. Sometimes this happens quickly and sometimes it might take awhile. We hope you understand and are willing to wait for the perfect pup for your situation. We reserve the right to turn applicants down and to change our mind about a suitable match, for we are only concerned about what is best for our dogs.  Also note that we arrange our visiting hours around your schedule, as this is a private, in home facility.  We respond to all inquiries promptly, so if you have any trouble sending us an email, or have not heard back from us within 24 hours, please, CONTACT US AGAIN and check your spam!  (We all know how emails can be at times!) Our dogs are spayed or neutered (if old enough), up to date on vaccines, wormed, heartworm tested, and free of fleas and ticks.  We temperament test our  dogs and they are all suitable for many family situations. Our dogs are well mannered, know some basic commands, and are usually housebroken within a week of being with us (if old enough).  They are in our family/home situation at this time (not in kennels or crates, although most are crate trained) and are worked with daily.  All of our dogs do well with other dogs and many do well with cats. Adoption donations vary with age, breed, vetting, and training of the dog, and range from $250 to $695 (most being $595).  (We do not tend to place puppies or small dogs with kids under 6 and reserve the right to match who WE feel would be the best homes for our dogs.)   November 5, 2024, 12:24 pm
