Story
I have had Lilo since she was 8 weeks old. She is truly one of a kind. She is the sweetest lap dog you will ever meet. She smiles when you walk in the door and loves nothing more than to rot on the couch all day watching a movie. She loves going for walks or playing fetch outside. She is potty- and kennel-trained and will let you clip her nails as long as treats and love are included. She is 100% an indoor dog. She tends to be afraid of thunderstorms and fireworks and will curl up on your lap when she is afraid, but she won't whine in the kennel if she is in there instead. Lilo HAS some health issues, including pancreatitis (she just eats low-fat dog food), anxiety (she takes medicine from the vet, which is very affordable), and some hot spots. She is protective of her food with other animals and strangers, so she is fed in her kennel with doors locked. We are looking for a loving home with no other pets. She is great with children. Must be willing to meet in KC, MO.

Meet Titan! A very playful, energetic & snuggly 2 1/2 y/o Dalmatian/mix! He may bark upon meeting but once he smells you he’s in love!Titan is very playful; playing fetch, playing with other dogs, going for walks etc. He loves it all! After all the playtime his favorite thing to do is snuggle up in bed or on a couch as close as physically possible to you.Titan is neutered, vaccinated and house trained. His manners and leash walking needs work but he responds great with an e-collar! (i have extras I can give with him) He does well in a kennel, after a couple minutes of barking.Titan does best in a home with girl dogs only. Sadly, this is why I have to let him go, my 5 y/o black lab and him have never really got along and to make sure they’re both safe and happy I feel this is the best option as much as it hurts me.. He has been socialized in daycare settings and does OK with male dogs there. I just think he prefers sisters more than brothers😉He deserves a very loving and active home.

These pups are in Kansas City, Missouri too!

Story
💔 Seeking experienced home for Ranger (Catahoula mix) 💔We are looking to responsibly rehome our catahoula mix, Ranger, to someone who can give him the time/love/environment he deserves.Ranger is roughly a yr old and not neutered, and up-to-date on rabies. We found him on the side of the highway back in November on the brink of death and starving. He is loyal, smart, and well-mannered, knows basic commands, and the absolute sweetest baby on this earth. He gets along with other dogs and people. He loves fetch, car rides, and cuddles all day. But at this point our resources are limited and can no longer afford to keep him. This absolutely breaks our hearts. But because we travel a lot for work we cannot safely keep him in our home as that is not fair and cruel for him as well.

Story
Meet Auggie, our beautiful Catahoula/Shepherd friend with City of Raytown Animal Services! Auggie was abandoned by her owners and then ran in fear for days in the middle of a highway; she was even struck by a car at one point. Thankfully, Auggie is safe now. And despite everything she's been through, she's a sweet and loving girl. Auggie is around a year old and would love a home where she can fully relax, be leash walked, and build up her confidence. She has warmed up quickly to the staff caring for her with a slow introduction. A new forever home would allow her to get back to being the goofy young pup we know she is. She appears to like other dogs, too! Please call or text The Pet Connection at 913-671-7387 for more information about this sweet baby. She's in the Kansas City metro, but transport is available to the right home.
