Story
Miley is a 5 year old female full bred Dalmatian. She is very energetic and loves to go on walks, chase squirrels, play in the water, and snuggle. She has always had some aggressive tendencies like snarling, showing teeth and growling when it comes to other animals and children. Im really looking for a home that has no small kids and no other pets such as cats or dogs. She really is a sweet dog she just needs to be the primary attention in the house and with someone who can give her exercise such as walks or has a fenced in yard for her to run around in.

Story
We love sweet Bella! this girl was transferred to us by a "rescue" that was getting shut down, and sadly Miss Bella was there a while. She is now healthy and happy, and just needs to find her forever home. If you're looking for a low maintenance companion who will take up that spot in your heart, it's Bella. Bella is a lovely girl who truly spends most of her time cuddled up next to someone enjoying all the attention she can or not so quietly sleeping. She is food motivated, and doing wonderfully in her foster home! Bella's best home would be as an only pet, without small children. Bella's adoption fee has been sponsored by a kind donor. All dogs are spayed or neutered, microchipped, Heartworm tested (6 months and above,) and current on vaccinations and preventions prior to adoption. At the time of adoption all dogs are signed up with a unique Safe Paws QR pet ID tag, the adopter is required to maintain a monthly membership of $2.99/month for (at minimum) the first year. This helps insure your new furry family member makes his way back to you if lost. Leashes and collars are also required at the time of adoption. You are welcome to bring your own, or we have plenty to choose from at the shelter as well. If the pet you fall in love with is not quite ready for adoption, we do offer a $50 hold deposit that will insure you have first "dibs on adoption. Once an animal is available for adoption, we are not able to hold them, as there are so many animals waiting to come into our program. Our shelter is located at 10312 East 63rd Street in Raytown, MO. We are open to meet pets Tuesday through Friday from 10-6, and on Saturday and Sunday from 10-5. We are closed on Mondays. You are welcome to fill out our quick 10 question adoption survey to facilitate a quicker process. This will also start the meeting process for those animals in foster care: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/MARQ/Dog
