Story
Meet Boris! Boris is a charming and loveable 6.5-year-old Great Dane/Dalmatian mix who’s eager to be your best friend! He is housebroken and will go to his crate upon command. He has already learned some basic commands, such as "sit," "give paw," and is continuing to work on mastering "stay." A people-loving dog, Boris thrives on human interaction and enjoys being near those he cares about. Whether you’re relaxing at home or going about your day, he’ll likely be right by your side, always ready for attention and affection.   When it's time for meals, Boris is well-mannered and knows to stay in place until he’s given the command to eat. He’s also a bit of a watchdog—his big bark may be loud, but it’s simply his way of letting you know when someone is approaching.   Boris' energy can be a bit much at first, especially when meeting new people. He tends to run up with excitement, but don’t be alarmed! He’s just eager to make new friends and find out more about them so he can get plenty of pets and attention. Once he’s had his greeting, he’s all about cuddles and companionship.   Boris would thrive in a home where he can be the center of attention, with plenty of love and time for play. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate, and social companion, Boris might just be the perfect match!   If you are interested in Boris please fill out an adoption application at:  https://www.dogsaredeservingrescue.com/adoptable-dogs/adoption-application/ November 22, 2024, 12:29 pm

Story
Polka Dot Parker came to us from an owner who relinquished him by no fault of his own. They loved him, but did not have the ability to keep him after a death in the family. This is an extremely sweet boy who is good with people & other dogs. He would benefit from some basic obedience and confidence building because he is young. His birth date is 09/13/20 and he currently weighs 70#. This guy is reported as house trained, but has some energy and needs exercise. He is incredibly sweet and a real lover. He has been vet. checked, neutered, micro chipped, is up to date on routine shots & wormings including rabies, and has been treated with flea & heart worm preventative per our protocol. He is heart worm & tick born illness negative. His adoption donation is $250 and needs to be cash, certified check, money order or a debit/credit card. There is a 3% processing fee when using a debit/credit card.  Any extra funds collected in his adoption donation not used for his vetting, will go into our general vetting fund for other dogs in need. We do not ship or transport. Please email for an application if you would like to provide this nice kid with his forever home. ##2116387##
