Story
Meet Ruby, a smart, loving, and affectionate pup ready to find her forever home! This adorable 2-year-old long-haired Chihuahua/Dachshund mix weighs about 20-30 lbs. Ruby has a heart full of love and a sweet personality that will light up any home. Get to know Ruby here: https://youtu.be/OuTs6lhDIY0?feature=shared Ruby grew up with a cat and does well with other pets. She’s potty trained, crate trained, and knows her basic commands. Ruby is incredibly intelligent, even finding creative ways to communicate when she needs something, like tugging her leash to go outside or hopping onto the water case to signal she’s thirsty! This clever girl adores toys, treats, and spending time with her favorite humans. While she can be a little nervous during bath or grooming time, she handles it well overall. Ruby would thrive in a home with a yard and a loving family who can give her the same attention and care she’s used to. If you’re looking for an affectionate, smart, and gentle companion, Ruby is the perfect match. Adopt her today and let her bring joy and love into your life! Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 6 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $74 surcharge for transport. Story
Meet Landon, the sweetest and most laid-back Chihuahua mix you’ll ever meet! Landon is the perfect companion for someone looking for a calm, loving, and affectionate pup. He’s a mellow guy who loves nothing more than curling up in your lap and soaking up some gentle head scratches. His calm demeanor makes him easy to get along with, and he’s particularly fond of the company of women. Fall in love here: https://youtu.be/LSRpuKs7Nlk?feature=shared Currently living in a foster home, Landon is great with other dogs—both big and small—and even gets along with cats. He would do well with another calm dog, or he’d be just as happy as your one and only best friend. Landon is potty trained, enjoys a quick stroll outside (he's not one for long walks), and walks wonderfully on a leash, content to follow you wherever you go. His laid-back nature makes him a great fit for apartment living or any peaceful home where he can relax and enjoy his days with you. If you're looking for a loyal, easy-going companion who just wants to cuddle up with you and share quiet moments, Landon is your guy. He’s ready to bring his loving energy into your home and become your new best friend! Please read this complete bio before getting in touch. To adopt from us you will need to read this then go to our main site at www.spokanewienerdogs.org and see the To Adopt page and fill the form in online. Do not use the one from Petfinder please. Thanks. The adoption fee for this bonded pair is $300. Buddy, wire, and Holly, shorthaired, came to us when the family had to move to assisted living. These two seniors are sweet, lap loving babies. We do know know their mix so taking a wild guess. They are pretty bonded so hoping to place them together when they came in together. Both are crate trained and very patient and quiet when crated. They are coming along great with their housebreaking. We put them out every couple of hours so no issues. Hoping to find them a quiet home for them to retire. Both dogs are around 10 to 12 years old. We did not have any past paperwork on them even though we asked. They are healthy, happy and on no special food or diet. Now that they are on kibble Holly is losing weight nicely. They were a tad overfed in this last home but we have their weight looking good now. Of course they are great moochers and pretty charming dogs. Prefer an adult home only please. They do get along with all our dogs. We are not able to test them on cats so lets go with a no there. No apartments, condos, town homes, or invisible fencing for these dogs or any hunting dogs we adopt in town. Thanks.

Story
Welcome Bristol to CCPAL Rescue Foster Program. Bristol is a 1.5-year-old Dachshund/Chihuahua mixed dog. She is a small girl at about 7 pounds. She is a little under weight and her fosters will giving her good nutrition. She just had a litter of pups and we are posting them now. Bristol will be spayed soon and will be able to be the center of her family’s life soon. We could not be happier for Bristol. She is very sweet. She is learning the leash, doggie door, crate, car rides and working on potty training. The fosters believe she may have lived outside in her first home in life. She deserves to be a part of the family and get showered with love. She would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older due to her small size. She is going to be loyal to her person and usually they pick one to be their person. She likes to be held and sit in your lap. She isn’t too energetic and a small condo sized yard would be sufficient. If she goes to a colder climate she would need a good coat as she was cold today in Texas and it was only 70 degrees. She is good with cats and lives with a large dog. She is a wonderful mother dog and will make a wonderful family companion. She is in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 400 and transport is 200 if she is transported with the local transporter. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Online applications at www.ccpalrescue.org See her cute video!!
