Lilly is a 3.5 year old, 25 lb Dachshund/Miniature Schnauzer mix. Breed mix is our best guess, but her cute scruffiness and short little legs make that a pretty good guess. Foster mom says that Lilly is a bundle of joy; she is a true cuddle bug who loves nothing more than snuggling up with her humans and giving lots of kisses and tail wags. She is gentle, loving, and enjoys being close to her family members. She has a relaxed demeanor and is very easygoing. Lilly gets along well with other dogs and loves meeting new people. She's great with kids and would make a wonderful family pet. She loves to go for walks. She is house-trained and knows basic commands. So Minnie is a Dachshund Pug with probably some recent Chihuahua in there. The Dachshund in her is strong, many of her main personality traits are more wiener dog like. This includes her attitudes toward meeting new people or animals she can seem mean but its her being protective and once it is shown they are not a threat shes as friendly as can be. I've had her since she was a puppy born to a dog I previously owned, she was born Spring of 2023. Since she was little shes always had so much energy and curiosity. She loves tug-o-war and play fighting. She is VERY food motivated. She straight up watches TV and if its animals or fighting she has something to say about it too. I have to re-home her because I moved unexpectedly. I moved in with family and the situation is not working. She needs someone who has time to play with her and watch and hang out with her until its kennel time. She will cuddle with you for hours and just generally be a great companion.
