Stu will stay in his crate when foster mama leaves the house, but for sleeping he wants to be in the big bed, right next to the object of his affection. He is a little shy and timid at first but has been warming up quickly and showing signs of playfulness, just started giving kisses, and loves belly rubs. He will go to the door to potty outside and prefers to be on a leash when out. He is great with big and small dogs and seems to like men over women, however he will happily accept hugs and pets from both. Like most dachshunds he seems to have a hearing problem, but Archie's is likely age related. This sweet boy doesn't have an aggressive bone in his body, not even with food. Having said that, he is very treat motivated. His favorite time is the morning where he will lay by the window in his bed for some sun time and solar charging.
