This is "Adorable Dory", a 6 year old, 14 lb Dachshund/Chihuahua mix. She is over-the-top cute with her unique markings, ears that look like she could take off flying at any moment, and her short little legs. Foster mom calls her "Lambchop" and says she is a sweet girl who just wants to be loved on and get belly rubs. Dory is slow to warm up to men, so an all female home may be the best for her. Dory lost her back leg due to an accident a few years ago, but that doesn't slow her down. She still loves to go on walks, chase the squirrels in the backyard, and rush in for treat time. She can still find a way to get up on the couch to snuggle next to her person. She rides well in the car and is the perfect travel companion. She likes to ride with foster mom when she runs errands, she loves stroller rides around the mall, and she even visits a beach in Florida! Dory loves her furry igloo bed, and is the ultimate cuddle bug. She gets along great with other dogs that are on the calmer, more laid back side. Caramel is a 2 year old, 15 lb Caramel-Colored Cutie! We are guessing that she is a mix of Dachshund and Miniature Pinscher. She has a sweet, calm temperament. She may be a little shy at first meeting but warms up quickly. Caramel loves being outside and doing zoomies in the backyard. She loves foster dad and follows him everywhere. She also loves going for walks and is good on leash. Caramel is a smart girl and is learning basic obedience commands. She prefers sleeping with her fosters, curled up in a blanket on their bed. Caramel is housebroken, but she is not a fan of being crated. She is so well behaved that she is allowed run of the house. Hi! My name is Silvia, but my foster mom calls me Callie. I would love to be your brown eyed girl. I’m a young high spirited female mix of catahoula, lab and whippet. While it’s not polite to ask a lady her age or weight I am around a year old and 37 pounds. I am super affectionate and enjoy meeting people and other dogs. I go into my kennel without a fuss. I am 85% potty trained and still figuring out the doggie door evidently feet first isn’t quite right. I am practicing leash training and working on my manners. I am a quicker learner and will be good at agility or running and love long walks. I enjoy car rides and snuggles and have met the neighborhood kids and they really like me.
