My name is Jason aka Noah, as in the father of all mankind:) I have been through alot in my life, I started out in a horrible hoarding situation with my sisters, brothers, uncles and mother. I knew in my heart of hearts that there is a much better world out there. And there is!! I was saved with about 88 dogs and pups, the ladies who drive out to save all of us are absolute saints.... So, back to my origin story, I had an unbelievable hernia out my back end that made my life hell...so the ladies git me to the rescue and 3 SURGERIES later, I am living a normal life 😀 I am a sweet boy, but having come from the situation i did, i am not a cuddle bug. I will hang out with you, just next to your chair. My life has come full circle and I am finally ready to find thst forever home who will love me until the end of time. I am waiting!!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

He’s 13 but don’t let his age fool you, he is always ready for an adventure, no matter what the weather is. But he is also perfectly content curling up on the couch next to his human. He gets along with humans (even babies) and other dogs, has not been tested around cats but would likely do fine, he prefers pups of his size to play with. He is house-trained and also crate-trained and can be trusted left out roaming around when no one is home. He has leash reactivity especially when he sees other dogs on walks. On a very rare occasion he will bark to alert you someone is at the door, but most of the times he will let his foster brothers do the work. He is a gentle and loving soul and would make him a perfect fit for almost any family. Rhoda is the sweetest, cutest, Bassett you will meet! She loves a good bed and eats well and seems good with kids and people. She does seem a little more shy around men but warms up with patience and love. Rhoda needs a dental, has some lumps and bumps we will be having checked out, and a couple of tough spots on her elbows we'll have the doc take a look at also at her appointment at the end of February, but other than those few things she seems good and her foster says she is doing great at their house!
