Fill out the form by clicking on the picture of the computer screen with our logo on it.Joey is a very handsome sweet boy, he is a very reserved until he gets to know and trust you. Once he gets to know you his tail just never stops wagging. He is working hard on his house manners. He does great with all the other foster dogs. He does not like children  He barks and barks when they come in a room, if he is outside and sees children he barks and runs and hides. His foster mom says he will be a snuggler once he gets a little more settled. Joey does require a fenced yard as he does not walk on a leash.  Joey is about 3  going on 4 years old and weighs about 18 pounds. His adoption fee is $400 plus tax of $18 for a total of $418.  My adoption fee helps cover all of my vetting needs such as HW test, rabies, DHPPL, Bordetella, neuter and dental.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 3, 2024, 11:04 am

Apply to adopt by filling out the online adoption application on our main website dakotadachshundrescue.org Click on Adoption Info under the Navigation bar on the left side of the page. Fill out the form by clicking on the picture of the computer screen with our logo on it.  Hi! I'm Charlie, my brother Luca and I are looking for a new furever home of our own together. We are bonded one and a half year old brothers.   We stick together and look for each other when we are out in our foster mom's fenced yard. We do scope out the fencing to see if we can get past the fence to explore ...my foster mom says it's a good thing we can't get past the fence. Charlie is easily led around by keeping a hold of Luca. A fenced yard is a must because they do like to sedately wander and explore. The boys chill a lot in the open kennel together. Both handle being kenneled all night, rarely barking at this point but everything is still new. They can be kenneled together or separately, doesn't seem to bother them either way. When outside, Charlie likes to be close to his human but prefers to be behind and will nose touch me often but Luca likes to be just out of reach. Once you have a hold of them they enjoy being petted but at this point they aren't clingy or begging for attention. Each boys adoption fee is $600 plus sales so for Charlie and Luca's adoption fee it's $1,200 plus sales tax $54=$1,254.00   My adoption fee helps cover all of my vetting needs such as HW test, rabies, DHPPL, Bordetella, neuter, dental if needed and microchipping.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 2, 2024, 2:30 pm

Please fill out the online adoption application by clicking on Adoption Info under the Navigation bar on the left side of the page.Hi! My name is Holly.I am a very sweet dachshie girl.I am somewhat alpha and so was the other female dachshie in our house so we sometimes got into scraps. To keep me and my sister safe my parents said I'd do better in DDR.I am learning to play with the other foster dogs however I would prefer to be an only dog. I get jealous when other dogs get on the couch by my foster mom and I will snap at them. I love being outside in the fenced yard when my foster parents are.I am well house trained and not much of a barker. I do need a fenced yard to keep me happy and safe. Can you be my new forever home?I am 12 years old, I weigh 16.6 pounds, my adoption fee is $250 plus sales tax $11.25= $261.25Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 12, 2024, 7:34 pm
