After playtime, she loves to snuggle and nap in your lap, often starting the cuddling with a soft kiss. Luna is incredibly affectionate and intelligent, with her house training off to a good start. Despite their size, the dachshund tends to be quite protective and alert, so the breed can also make an excellent watchdog. Bobo was an owner surrender due to apartment didn't allow pets. He is a very sweet boy. He is timid at first but within 10 minutes you are his very best friend. He is housebroken and crate trained. He does get excited and jumps up. He is dog friendly and cats are not an issue. He is a bigger boy than the standard dachshund. He weighs about 20 pounds. He loves to be a lap baby though and cuddle. He prefers the indoors with his person than being outside.
