Story
I adopted Slinky from Greenville, SC. He is a very handsome black and brown Dachshund that I was told was 3 years old. He may be younger. He is very sweet and loves to be in my lap. He is also very active, smart, and has a strong prey drive. He will busy himself with toys and dog chews. He gets along with my other Dachshund, however he chases my cat, which is why I am rehoming him. The stress of this caused illness in my cat.

Story
Gregory is the flashiest puppy from his litter. While all of his siblings were solid colored, he is the only spotted one! We aren't sure what breed Gregory is, but we do know that his mother was a 22lb Dachshund mix with a longgg body! He is likely to be medium sized when full grown. He is currently about 6 months old (1/25/24 birthday) and weighs 24lbs.  Gregory is a typical puppy who likes to play hard and nap harder. He has been well socialized in a house full of other dogs, including small dogs and frequently visiting children. Gregory has been neutered, is fully vaccinated, and microchipped.  ************************Gregory is located in a foster home. We are happy to coordinate a meet & greet for pre-approved adopters. To get started, please submit an adoption application at https://bit.ly/USAHOTNADOPT2024 Adoption process:Potential adopters complete our online application. From there, we contact them to continue the screening process including checking references, vet checks, and a personal phone interview. Upon completion, potential adopters are pre-approved. From there, potential adopters are put in touch with the foster parent(s) of the dog they are interested in adopting. If a specific dog is not in mind, admins will make suggestions based on who we feel will be good candidates for their home. We take the foster's opinions into high consideration when determining ideal fit for an adoption. Once the dog is determined to be a good fit for the adoptive home, the adopter is given advisement on decompression, training, safety gear, and future preventative vetting. The adoption contract is signed and adoption fee paid to finalize the adoption. ##2124417##

Meet Polar! Polar is adorably, oddly propotioned. With her extra short legs, extra long body, and extra big floppy ears she definitely takes after the weenie dog side of her family! She is the sweetest and snuggliest little nugget ever. She is a bit quieter than her sister and often snags a toy and plays on her own. She is always excited to see her foster humans and foster fur siblings. She will be a super fun addition to a home looking for a small, playful, goofy little pupper. She is spayed, microchipped, dewormed, and current with all vaccines (as appropriate for her age) and on flea and heartworm prevention. Story
Meet Marnie! Marnie is a sweet and very shy girl, who feels safest in her crate or snuggling on the couch. She does this cute thing where she squints, smiles and wags when you approach her for scratches and she will paw or nudge your hand if you stop petting her while cuddling. Only one of her ears will stand up when she listens, which adds an adorable characteristic to this already adorable dog. She is fully house trained and ready to be loved and spoiled in a safe and quiet environment. She does well with other calm dogs but she may find children to be too overwhelming. If you want a sweet baby to love on that is low energy and ready to snuggle, Marnie is the perfect dog!   She is spayed, microchipped, dewormed, and current with all vaccines (as appropriate for her age) and on flea and heartworm prevention. Marnie is currently being fostered in South Carolina.   ADOPT MARNIE!! www.LuckyPupRescueSC.com The adoption fee is $300.00 and we require a vet check and home visit. September 6, 2024, 4:46 pm
