Sunshine Summer is a purebred  Mini Doxie dapple who is 2 year old and weighs 11 lbs. . She has lots of energy and has so much fun playing. She is a sweet sweet girl who loves to snuggle and be close. She gets along great with the other small dogs and likes to get lots of attention or snooze in the chair next to you. She's working hard on potty training and does good most days, but does require more work to keep up on training her. Is she your girl? Story
Gracie was adopted from an agency in 2019. She is 6 years old. Gracie is the sweetest dog I’ve ever met! Cuddling, kisses, and attention are a few of her favorite things. She’s active, yet loves to lay anywhere she can. Gracie does have a fatty tumor on her right side that was once surgically removed in 2019, however it has since grown back. Our family is growing with little kids and we will soon be moving. We cannot continue to provide and care for Gracie. She would make a great addition to anyone’s family. I will miss her dearly, but I know Gracie needs a home that can give her the attention and love that she deserves.

Story
Jules was born around February 21, 2017 and weighs about 22 pounds.  Joyful was contacted by the brother of a man who had gone into Hospice and left behind 3 dogs and a cat.  The man's brother had owned the animals and loved them very much but he was ill and unable to take care of himself let alone his pets.  Jules is an extremely loving, sweet girl, that may be a bit shy at first and loves to cuddle and have lap time.  However, she will take a little time to warm up so a home with a ton of traffic may not be best for her.  Jules does well with the other dogs here and lived with a cat in her former life, but we feel she has too much interest in cats to live with them again.  Jules rides well in the car and walks fine on a leash. She is one the quiet side unless there is something to bark about.  Update from the Foster Mom Sue;  In search of: Snugglebuddy for Ms. JULES !!! She wants someone to cuddle up with her on the couch of your choice, especially with the cooler temps coming! She gets along with other dogs and is. Jules has a lot of love to give! The Adoption Fee for this dog is $475.00 Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, worming & flea control - a 'complete' pet. We accept CASH or Visa/Mastercard ONLY.    Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO ADOPT A DOG FROM JOYFUL RESCUES   We keep our pet list as up-to-date as possible. As soon as a pet is adopted, it is removed from the list. Story
Meet Charlie! 🐾 This adorable 1-year-old pup weighs around 6 pounds and has a heart full of love. ❤️ Previously used as a breeder, Charlie is now ready for a forever home where he can be cherished. 🥺 He's a happy boy who gets along with everyone and makes a fantastic lap dog. 🐶 Charlie is well-behaved in his crate but still has some consistent accidents and marking, so he'll need continued potty training—belly bands work great for him. 🚽 He loves his people and is happiest when they are home with him. We think he would do best in a home with someone who works from home or is home often. Charlie is still learning about toys and is new to leash training, so he’ll need some more exposure. 🎾 He absolutely loves running around a fenced backyard and enjoys sniffing around with supervision. He has a great recall and comes back when called. 🏃‍♂️ Although he's a picky eater, with a bit of patience and love, Charlie is sure to thrive in his new home. 🍖 Charlie’s journey has been a bit rough, but his spirit remains unbroken. He’s a quick learner and very eager to please, making him a wonderful addition to any loving family. 🏡 With his sweet nature and playful demeanor, Charlie is sure to bring joy and laughter to his new home. He may need a bit of extra care and training, but the love he’ll give in return is immeasurable. 🌟 If you’re looking for a loving companion who’s eager to learn and grow with you, Charlie is your guy! 🐕 He’s not just a pet; he’s a friend for life, ready to fill your days with happiness and unconditional love. 💙
